This new architecturally designed home set in the exclusive survey area of Port Willunga awaits your next escape.
A warming mid-century stone wall centres the open plan, light filled kitchen and living area. With surrounding windows and sliding doors that open to a beautiful decked verandah and outdoor dining and BBQ area. The outdoor space also boasts lush green lawn which makes the space perfect for families to enjoy.

Sun filled rooms with new contemporary furnishings. Open plan, fully equiped kitchen and living area with unique sand coloured concrete floors. The comfort of a combustion heater plus central heating ( and cooling) for Winter stays. Second living area/ kids retreat with second TV.

We can host up to 6 guests in spaces below:
Main bedroom + Ensuite with Queen bed
Bedroom 2 with Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 with single bunk bed

Main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet + additional separte powder room/ toilet.
Fully equiped laundry with washer and dryer.

Inbuilt BBQ and outdoor entertaining area.

The house is set in the exclusive survey area of Port Willunga. A short 5 min walk to the iconic Port Willunga beach and a 10 min drive to Mclaren Vale wine region.
The property is on a septic water system. So please ensure that only toilet paper is flushed. Please dispose of sanitary items, paper towels, toilet wipes or anything other than toilet paper in the bins provided.
This system is only set for 6 guests, any violation of this or issues with the system will be charged to the guests.

Our weekend was excellent, the house was great. Nice quiet location, close to the beach, pleasant outlook and all the amenities you need. High quality in all regards!
