Harbour View House - Spectacular views.

BOTH BATHROOMS IN URGENT NEED OF REPAIRS.SHOWERS CONTINUOUSLY LEEKING AS IS HAND BASIN IN ENSUITE.

Fabulous location and has a lot of potential to be improved.Door latches to verandah and laundry need repair.Washers in all bathroom taps including showers need replacing as they drip all night keeping you awake if you are a light sleeper Tiles in bathroom could do with a revamp BBQ grill plate only one hob working Some dvd’s are not playable or stop regularly through playPuzzles provided for entertainment missing piecesSafety rails throughout the property need repair View was spectacular House was clean, tidy Great location

Communication with Con was seamless as was the check in process. The house was exceptionally clean and equiped well with everything we’d need. The kitchen had everything we needed, enough bath towels were provided and the beds were comfortable. We’d love to return to Harbour View again, which is very well located near the Esperance town centre.

Good maintained property with easy access to town and jetty. House was very clean and well arranged. Also, it is at the mid-point between the Great Ocean drive, all beaches and to the National park. Will be looking at re-booking same anytime visiting Esperence.

Great home and walking distance to town. Needs some maintenance though. Unfortunately lots of truck noise. Would book it again though.

Property in need of some maintenance eg bathroom door locks people in, door knobs on kitchen cupboards need replacing, some lights didn’t work, shabby looking paintwork outside.Beds were good, lounge suit not very comfortable for older guests, difficult to get out of. Unfortunately garden not very appealing for children to play in. Despite these little things that wouldn’t take much to improve, we had a good time in Esperance.

The house is in an amazing location, with lovely sea and harbour views and easy walking distance to the beach front and town. It is equpped with everything you might need - plus more, like tea, coffee, sugar, oil, herbs, shampoo, conditioner etc It is a little bit tired though. The sliding doors fall out at times, the bathroom door cant be opened from the inside, and the mattresses on the bunk beds are absolutely appalling -so thin you can feel the slates of the bed, horribly mouldy and very uncomfortable - even putting them on the floor was impossible. The home was located within walking distance of many of the ammenities in Esperance town.Well equipped home with great views of the harbour.

Property needs some TLC. Glasses and Cutlery in poor supply. Windows and fly screens need repair. Some lights not working. Garden maintenance required. Note left for owner so hopefully these issues will be fixed for next guests.
