INSIDE THE COTTAGE

The cottage is arranged over four floors, making the most of its elevated position and views.

The first-floor open-plan living and dining space is a real highlight — a relaxed, light-filled room where you can watch the harbour come and go, whatever the weather. It’s equally perfect for cosy evenings in or slow holiday breakfasts with a view.

The kitchen, located on the ground floor, is fully equipped for home cooking with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on this floor is a modern family bathroom with bath and shower over.

Upstairs, the second floor offers:

A double bedroom with sea views

A single bedroom with a pull-out truckle bed (can be made into a small twin)

A separate WC and basin

The top floor bedroom is the showstopper — a beautiful double room with far-reaching views over the harbour, the Island and St Nicholas Chapel.

PARKING & TRANSPORT (IMPORTANT TO NOTE)

The cottage includes one allocated parking space at St Ives Rugby Club, approximately an 18-minute uphill walk from the property. While the walk may feel steep for some, guaranteed parking in St Ives is invaluable.

During school holiday weeks, a regular shuttle bus runs between the Tate St Ives and the parking area (approx. £1.50 per journey).

DOG FRIENDLY

One very well-behaved dog is welcome.
Pet fee: £50 per week (applies to all dog bookings).

With the beach so close, early-morning and late-evening walks couldn’t be easier — slippers optional!

    Great property in a perfect location with lovely sea views, everything on the doorstep but also quiet in the evening. Communication with the managing company was excellent. Would highly recommend the property and the managing agent.

    The property was ideally situated close to the harbour,shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable and we will definitely make it our place to stay on all future stays.

    The property is in a central location is next to the beach, harbour and old town. It is a beautiful property - very clean and well presented, with everything you could need. The communications with the property company were clear and informative. We loved our stay!

    We had a great week at Harbour Beach Cottage. The perfect location meant that the 18-21 yr olds could come and go as they wished without needing a car. The cottage itself had plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 dogs. We were able to take the dogs on all the beaches before 10 and after 6 which gave them plenty of exercise. We were travelling light as no room in the car for extras but the cottage had all the essentials that we needed that we couldn't bring from home
