Stayed Jun 11, 2026We absolutely loved this property - the cottage is charming, cozy, clean and beautifully updated. The yard is gorgeous and private, with a firepit and picnic table for outdoor gatherings. We loved the reading room, the half-door in the front to look out onto the porch, and the countless thoughtful touches throughout. The only thing we would have changed is having a king-sized bed, but otherwise it was perfect. We would love to return.

Stayed May 22, 2026Our second stay at this adorable cottage. Everything was very clean (spotless!) and beautifully furnished. It has everything you need to feel at home. Super quick walk to downtown shopping and dining. Lovely place!

Stayed Oct 2, 2025Our 3 night stay at Hansel and Gretel was fabulous. The house had everything we needed to comfortably sleep our group of 5, cook a few meals and have space to get ready for a wedding. It was perfect having a bathroom for every bedroom. The easy walk to town was about 5-10 minutes and the Arts Center literally just down the steps. We can't think of one thing we needed that wasn't already there. The home is cozy, comfortable and inviting. The host was communicative and provided the perfect place for us to gather and enjoy a special weekend in Saugatuck.

Stayed May 23, 2025I stayed here with a small group of girlfriends for a long weekend getaway. The home was a clean, welcoming space with all of the amenities to make guests comfortable. An easy walk to downtown Saugatuck shopping and dining. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was very kind and prompt to answer any questions we had. I wish we could’ve stayed longer, but we will be back again for another stay next year!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024I cannot express enough how fabulous the Hansel & Gretel cottage is! Every room is well appointed. It’s as comfy as it gets! I’ve rented for a number of years and this is my favorite place by far! The location is wonderful and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will be back next year!! 🙌😊
