Nice, clean, easy access

Great location! Nice small house that is very clean and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, nice kitchen, and all the other amenities one needs to for a pleasant time spent there. The landlord was also excellent at communication. I booked this house for myself and two friends. When they saw and went inside, I got nothing but compliments such as well done, etc. My friends and I would stay there again in a flash. We give this property our highest recommendation.

The property was in an excellent location, and was perfect for what we wanted. Very clean, updated, accessible, and close to everything. Brandon was a pleasure to deal with, and we had a wonderful time watching the eclipse and going to Put—in-Bay on the ferry. It was a great trip.

Great place, lots of trains go by but you can't change that :) A dish drainer would be nice for us that still WASH dishes :) Ceiling fans only in ONE bedroom. AS A CAUTION, check the flickering light in the master bedroom for possible electrical hazard :(

Good coffee shop 150 feet away with baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. Many restaurants two blocks away. Jet express 500 foot walk from house.Very clean easy Access ♿.

We were in Port Clinton to fish. It was great having plenty of space to park the boat. House was outfitted for us perfectly. Centralized location, walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Spent 3 weeks there while working from out of town . Host was very easy to communicate with ! Batteries on the door lock went dead and he had Amazon deliver more immediately. Place is adequately stocked for your stay including all your normal kitchen needs . Very clean , very comfortable ! I’ve read reviews and some complaining about being close to the train . It honestly didn’t bother me at all . Nice big double driveway for off street parking ! Literally the only thing I could critique is 1 of the 3 bedrooms does not have a TV . Other than that it was a very pleasant stay ! Would not hesitate to book again on future work trips . Also location is great ! It’s a 2 block walk down to the heart of the business strip with all the best restaurants and nightlife .

We had a great stay. Location is perfect. Walkable to the Jet Express, restaurants, and a nice coffee shop is across the road. Picked this house knowing the convenience of location. The house was clean and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 3 rooms and 2 bedrooms for our family. Definitely will look to rent this home in the future.

Our experience went off without a hitch, from the time we made the reservation until the end of our stay. The communication with the owners was timely and they gave us all the information we needed to make our arrival and stay easy and relaxing. We traveled during a heat wave but the house was nice and cool when we arrived. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. It was a nice stroll to the downtown area where we ate dinner one night.

We came to attend a fishing charter and enjoy the islands. We enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed. The A/C is cold and we appreciated it during this hot weekend! The host was generous and excellent to work with, we also appreciated his hospitality. Nice, clean rental--and two bathrooms are a big plus!

The house was walking distance to everything that we needed. House was very clean and priced right. Nothing fancy but perfect for what we needed for a weekend fishing trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spacious and very well-stocked—perfect for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). Everything was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the extra touches like the provided games and two dryers, which made things even more convenient for our family. There’s also a great coffee shop just half a block away, which was a nice bonus. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Lovely little gem for a getaway. You can go bird watching at Magee Marsh and take a trip via Jet Express or ferry over to Put-In-Bay. The bedrooms are spacious, the furniture is comfortable, and the place is immaculate and well maintained.

Second time we stayed here and all is in good order. Good parking, access to pull in boat and outside water to wash out live well. Owner is excellent!

Well maintained, extremely clean. Nice yard, very close to downtown shops, restaurants, etc. Light sleepers may have issue with the train going by regularly. Didn't bother us too much.Excellent value for the two nights we were in town.

The house was great. Very fair price for the accommodations. If we return to Port Clinton in the future we will see if the property was acailable. Only negative was outside trash cans were totally full before we got there.

The house was perfect! Three of us drove out from Wisconsin to go fishing on lake Erie. We were close to where we were fishing, but the fishing and the ice conditions didn't cooperate very well. Very comfortable, we left early at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday night. Thank you.

Fantastic stay! The location in Port Clinton was perfect, close to everything we needed. The property was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. Our host was communicative and made the process seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and budget-friendly spot!

We loved the roominess and comfort of this property. 5 stars all around! Something to note for future stays: we did not use the Murphy bed because there were no blinds on the windows beside the door. We could not start the washing machine because we could not reach the detergent.

Not one bad thing about this place. Had it all for the family. Nice that we could walk to everything and leave the car parked. Sorry we left 15 min late!!

Window in kitchen doesn’t lock. Need new dresser in master bedroom. Need a dresser in 3rd bedroom. Owner very helpful when we couldn’t unlock the door due to dead battery. I recommend sending contact number with original access info.

Sadly we were unable to fish due to weather issues. We did use the home for a launchpad to Cleveland and the Rock and Roll hall of fame. Hope to be able to use the home again in the future.

Our family was very impressed with everything at this rental. The owners were very quick to respond to all our inquiries, and detailed with the information leading up to our check-in. Upon arrival the house was very clean and all rooms were as described. As a person with a disability, and in a manual wheelchair, i greatly appreciated the house being 100% accessible with a roll-in shower. The house is centrally located, and a very short walk to any activities located in downtown Port Clinton. If going to Put-In Bay is on your itinerary, the Jet Express is 2 blocks away. I highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to Port Clinton.

The location for this place is absolutely perfect! So close to the jet express and even has a coffee shop across the street with some of the best muffins around!

If you are in need of an accessible space for a small gathering, this is your place. Wide open spaces with wide doorways and a shower that had low handles and reachable handheld shower head. This was a girl's weekend with longtime friends. One is wheelchair bound and we often have difficulty finding a space that meets her needs. We've learned that accessible means different things to different facilities. Here the front door had a ramp which allowed our friend easy access. The space inside was open and wide so she could easily maneuver. The bedroom with the accessible bathroom has no carpeting so she could move her wheelchair with far less effort than carpeting allows. The rest of us found the location clean, having all necessary amenities. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions at any time. We were within a very short walking distance to the Jet Express, and there were restaurants within easy walking distance with live music. There is a train trestle about a block away, but the trains didn't blow horns and we barely noticed when they went by. Coffee shop basically next door was perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better weekend!

The house was great! It might be one of the most comfortable vacation rental beds I’ve ever slept in. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and entertainment, and basically across the street from the Jet Express. The hosts were lovely to work with. Would definitely stay again.

The property was as advertised. Clean and spacious. We only had three people in our group. But the house could easily sleep 8 people. As for the location, it is perfect. Close to everything such as downtown, restaurants, the ferry to Put In Bay, and a great coffee shop just steps away. Just a note about Brandon, the property manager. I made the mistake of booking this property for one night only, when I needed two nights. Brandon helped me locate another property for our second night. Thanks for helping make our vacation a great time.
