Hamptons Modern Retreat NEW CONS

We had an amazing weekend staying here with a group of 12 friends. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The house was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. Everything appeared brand new. There was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably, hang out together, and still have personal space when needed. I especially loved the large dining table.we all ate together.. Our host was fantastic — responsive, helpful, and very clear with instructions, which made check-in and check-out seamless.Overall, this was the perfect place for a friends’ getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a group trip!

Josh was an incredible host. The property is very beautiful and extremely clean. Close to the beach and all the restaurants. We will definitely be coming back. I’ve shared the house with all of my closest friends and family so they can book it when they come up. Thank you , Josh!

Property was was everything and more than described!

We had the best time staying at this beautiful home in the Hamptons for our moms’ getaway! With 12 guests, the house was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing and fun weekend. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to wineries and delicious restaurants.Although the weather didn’t cooperate for us to enjoy the outdoor hot tub, the entire outdoor setup was gorgeous—perfect for lounging, dining, and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the patio or relaxing after a day of wine tasting, this home had everything we needed. Highly recommend for any group looking for a stylish and serene retreat.

From the start Josh was so easy to work with! He literally saved our girls trip weekend when our other property cancelled on us out of nowhere. He was so quick with responding and always answered all of my questions. This new renovation was so beautiful inside and out. The house was in a perfect location, quiet neighborhood and not far from town. Everything was sparkling clean, and we had everything we could have needed for the weekend. There was 10 of us and the set up of a king bed and bathroom for each bedroom was perfect for our group. The best part was how easy it was to check in and out. Unlike many other properties, it wasn’t an extensive check list of house chores. This made checking out a breeze. I highly recommend staying with Josh and would definitely stay here again!

All king bedrooms with their own bathrooms is an amazing layout for adults. Each bedroom/bathroom was clean and very nice, everyone feels like they were in a master bedroom.

This house is as advertised – very comfortable for a large group. We are a group of 12 and everyone fit at the dining table. The bedrooms we very nice – bed linens amazing! Pool was closed for the season but the hot tub was open and very clean. The outside seating is comfortable. We did run out of gas for the grill – so check in advance that the tank is full. You will have a great weekend - enjoy!

The house was perfect for our needs. There were 6 bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms. It made the experience so comfortable. It was early spring so too cold for the pool but the hot tub was well used! The downstairs had a ping pong table and a pool table so there was something to do for everyone. There was also a theater room! The grounds were very lovely and even had a play set for the toddler in our group. Our host was very responsive to all the questions we had and addressed all our needs. There were several restaurants and delis close by. I would definitely recommend this property!

The place exceeded my expectations. It was very clean with a relaxing ambiance. We really enjoyed our stay. Our most favorite area was the basement where we play pool and table tennis. We also like the mini theater where we watch videos with the whole family. The neigborhood is nice which makes us feel safe. I highly recommend this place. It is indeed a great retreat area! I would choose it over again in our next family vacation.

To say we had an excellent stay, would be an understatement. This lovely home was the perfect place for my getaway with the girls. From booking, all the way through our stay, Josh was incredibly kind and helpful to us. The rooms were perfectly sized, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The game room was a great size even with a group of 10, we had a ton of fun. 11/10 stars to this stay; I would certainly recommend, and will be back!
