Stayed Aug 23, 2025A beautiful location but felt the house was getting very tired, needed some work done on it and definitely some maintenance. We felt for the money it cost and for us staying a month we should have had use of one of the garages. Also the 2 windows in the living area should have fly wire screens as warm nights you want the windows open but you can’t as hundreds of bugs and mosquitos come in.The laundry flywire (security) does not lock(doesn’t work anymore) and we felt it should as downstairs.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024We had a wonderful stay at Hamptons with our three young children. Excellent, absolute beach front accommodation just out of Coffs Harbour. The front deck overlooking the ocean is amazing and we enjoyed watching the dolphins.The only downside was the beach is quite challenging to swim in. We will definitely come back

Stayed Sep 28, 2024The house was located in a small hamlet with no shops or restaurants, making it necessary to travel by car to obtain provisions. On arrival, very few basic provisions could be found in the house. The house was on a beach which was difficult for walking because of soft sand and not safe for swimming. We enjoyed sitting out and watching the waves. The house was well appointed and clean.

Stayed Sep 2, 2024Beautiful property in a beautiful location, we had a lovely week with our family and fur-babies. We were lucky enough to see the dolphins and whales everyday. Sunrise and coffee on the deck to start the day was wonderful.

Stayed May 31, 2024This was our second stay at Hampton and once again , such a relaxing location. The view is breathtaking ,a very spacious house , yet still cosy. We lit the open fire this time and watching the dolphins playing in the surf from our couch was so amazing. Highly recommend it even for a winter stay

Stayed Apr 25, 2024Great location and amenities. Listing didnt explain that it is not actually located on Sapphire beach. The beach is not great for swimming unless small swell and little wind. Also were not advised that beach access is now not allowed. But great views and an memorable and enjoyable stay regardless.
