Watch as the sun rises over the Solitary Islands or enjoy a peaceful afternoon BBQ while spotting native wildlife from the comfort of your balcony. Whether you're lounging by the stunning pool or soaking in the mountain and ocean vistas, The Mediterranean provides a serene environment to unwind.

Located just a few minutes an 8-minute drive from the pristine beaches of Korora and only 10 minutes from major shopping centres and restaurants in the heart of Coffs Harbour, the location truly offers the best of both worlds—peaceful seclusion with easy access to local amenities.

The Mediterranean is the larger of two available studios and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The spacious open-plan living area includes a dining table for four, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, electric oven, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. The beautifully furnished queen bedroom features built-in wardrobes and air conditioning for maximum comfort. The lounge area includes a queen-size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for two guests.

The modern, immaculate bathroom features an open shower, stone benchtops, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

As an eco-friendly property, The Mediterranean is built with solar power, solar hot water, a septic system, and a rainwater catchment system, ensuring a minimal environmental footprint. For entertainment and staying connected, the property offers Wi-Fi throughout, along with a Smart flat-screen TV with guest access to Netflix, so you can relax after a day of exploration.

The property includes access to shared laundry facilities, complete with a washing machine and ironing equipment. Carla & Emanuele, the owners, reside at the western end of the dwelling and may be available during your stay if needed.

Please note that The Mediterranean is a non-smoking property, and parties or pets are not permitted. Linen and bath towels are provided, and upon arrival, guests are welcomed with San Pellegrino sparkling water to enhance your experience.

The Mediterranean is located next to another holiday rental, The Classic. However, every effort is made to ensure your stay remains as private and peaceful as possible, with individual spaces clearly separated.
