Hammock Carriage House - Right Next to the Town Center and Two Pools!!

Cable box was out the 1st day and scheduled for replacement the next day. But it never worked correctly. Aggravating but not the end of the world. Was unable to use the garage because of bikes on the wall. GMC Canyon long bed needed the entire depth to be able to close the garage door. Street parking was always available near by.Location was ideal, everything was in walking distance. Perfect size for a short stay.

My husband and I stayed here during the 4th of July weekend and it was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, and close to everything that we needed - we honestly could not ask for more. We also enjoyed the bikes beach access that we were given. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Perfect location, walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. The unit was clean and well stocked, also had the largest bathroom space of all the carriage houses we’ve stayed in. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here. Perfect size for two. Neighborhood is lovely, just a quick walk to all the shops and beach. This cottage does share a driveway and courtyard with the Vrbo a foot behind this one, but that wasn’t a problem.

Perfect size for a couple staying in Rosemary Beach. Walking distance to everything the town has to offer.

This cute cottage guest house was prefect for a weekend getaway!! The location was amazing!The property managers were so easy to work with and communicated quickly and clearly! I would 100% stay there again, and look forward to coming back!

This carriage house was very conveniently located to the Rosemary town center. It was helpful to have a parking space in the garage since parking on the streets in Rosemary can be very difficult to find a spot.

With plenty of nearby, community pools, and a short bike ride to the beach we loved our stay.Plenty of restaurants within walking distance also!The hammock house itself was clean, neat and provided of what we needed. we used the complementary beach cruiser bikes every day so that was a huge plus for us! There were also some beach items in the garage that we used while on the beach and that was also super nice!Overall, we loved our stay and would 100% recommend and plan a trip back.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, well appointed carriage house. Dave and Amber were great communicators. And addressed any concerns but there were none.

My wife and I loved this place! The location was great. We rode bikes or walked to downtown and the beach. Super easy! The communication with the property manager was also very nice and helpful with any questions or concerns we had.

Had the best time in rosemary beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better location or more responsive rental service. Such a wonderful time!

We love Rosemary Beach and loved our stay. It was the perfect location to bike and walk to dinner. We were celebrating our June wedding and a little R&R was much needed! The mattress needs updating as it slept like a pullout couch, but the location was a dream.
