    Overall the property was good. The upstairs unit was newly remodeled and stunning. The downstairs unit was acceptable but showing wear and tear. The kitchen range was very slow to preheat. The kitchen door to the patio was difficult to open and close. The outdoor dining table needs to be replaced. One chair had a broken arm. The bbq grill was on its last leg. A good way to ruin an expensive steak. The location of this property is perfect — halfway between Foodland and Ted’s Pies. Near Shark’s Cove and a short drive to many tourist attractions. We contacted the property manager regarding a couple of small issues and they were very helpful and responded quickly to our needs. The cleaning crew was accommodating and did a stellar job. The towels and linens were new and in perfect condition.
