Stayed Jun 12, 2026House never cooled down. Got there and the house was 79 degrees upstairs. By the next day when we got back in was 85 upstairs. Had two kids sleeping upstairs. For the cost you would think you could get a decent nights sleep. Notified management, said AC guy couldn’t be out till next morning. Not acceptable for the price of the house for two nights. Oh the downstairs is set to 75 and it’s climbing now too. 79 degrees currently. Look elsewhere.

Stayed Feb 12, 2026Lovely home! Extremely comfortable, spacious, and great amenities. We used the pool, lawn chess, and putting green. Host was very responsive. Great stay!

Stayed Dec 19, 2025This house was so pretty on the inside and outside!! Super nice furniture and beautifully done kitchen and bathrooms! Backyard had so many fun activities! It was also nice being so close to the zoo and busch gardens. I highly recommend!

Stayed Apr 25, 2025This place had everything we needed for a nice weekend with friends and family. The outside area was perfect and the house was beautiful, clean, and decorated super cute. We plan on staying here again for our next Tampa cheer competition! My only complaint would be that I didn't receive any information about check in or check out procedures, but any time I contacted the owner, they did respond right away to answer my questions. I would highly recommend the place!!

Stayed Apr 3, 2025Loved the experience here. Great outdoor area for entertaining. The inside is great as well. The only thing I would say is that the upstairs area got very hot at night. It seemed that the AC didn't reach upstairs.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025Had a great stay. House has nice pool and plenty of outdoor activities. Close to stadium, airport and restaurants.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024The house was spectacular! Plenty of fun things to do while in the house. We were able to set up a table we brought and were able to have a great Thanksgiving supper with family that lived near by. The house is well equipped with all the amenities you may need. Centrally located minutes away from Bush Gardens !
