Stayed Mar 22, 2025Drove down for a spring break trip with our family of 4. Location of the house to the beach and town was great (even though the closest beach access was closed for construction, we only had to walk a short distance to another one. House was well maintained, as it’s a fairly new home. Cotton sheets were appreciated by all. The downside was that until we got the check in instructions did we become aware of having to supply our own paper products. At check in there is a single roll of TP in each bathroom, no Kleenex and a single roll of paper towel which seemed a bit frugal for what we spent on the rent. Also there is no extra bath towels, we had 4 people and got 4 towels, 4 wash cloths, 4 hand towels. No extra was provided. Also we thought that the checkout process was worded a bit strong. Stating that the house needed to be cleaned and vacuumed at checkout and were not allowed to start a load of dishes in the dishwasher which was a new thing to us as we have rented many places and that’s part of the typical checkout procedure or get charged an additional fee. Also if cleaning is part of the process the vacuum was less then adequate. Overall we had a great trip just thought there are areas that can be improved upon
