The open-plan living area is a perfect for relaxation, featuring plush velvet blue sofas which invite you to curl up with a good book or enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV. While the cosy window seats offers views over St Ives.

The dining area comfortably seats four, making it ideal for enjoying leisurely meals together.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for self-catering, including a fridge, electric hob and oven, toaster, kettle, and microwave. There is also a washing machine available for your use.

The adjacent bathroom is a luxurious space with blush pink tiles, a walk-in shower featuring both rainfall and handheld options, a WC and hand wash basin.

Outside, a private courtyard is the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the sun. With seating for four and a charming outdoor table for enjoying al fresco dining.

Gwel Porth is is located in a terrace of cottages. It has a private front door and access from the kitchen to a private courtyard. Guests have access to the entire house.

Happy to help whilst you are on your stay, Sam and Meg live locally and always happy to offer advice on where to eat and visit. Meg works closely with Sam to ensure all guests queries are looked after during their stay.

    A lovely long weekend in St Ives. Property is very nice, everything was new and very clean, seemed to be recently renovated. It's located nearer the top of St Ives so up hills, bare this in mind if you have any walking difficulties I wouldn't recommend, it's 10-15 walk into the town, a little longer going back up. As stated on the listing, there is no on site parking, but a long stay car park a very short walk which was £10.50 per day and £26.50 for the week. All parking there seemed to be this same price. Only other slight negative is that the it's directly on a road with the main bedroom overlooking it so can be noisy with the window open. But overall we were very happy with it for the money we paid and would return.

    We had a great time here and the property was just what we needed. Perfect location and spotlessly clean with great amenities. Only downfall the fridge didn’t appear to have a freezer compartment as stated in the description.Overall, a wonderful stay in St Ives and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
