We did run into one minor issue during our visit, but Joe responded immediately and had it resolved in no time. His communication and willingness to help made all the difference. Would definitely stay here again! There were 8 of us. Four 18 year olds and they shared a room. It was perfect.

Stayed Jan 2, 2025We really enjoyed our stay here. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was warm enough for even adults to swim in when the air temp wasn’t super warm! The property manager was prompt & wonderful when a small issue arose. It was a very nice house & wonderful layout for travelling with extended family. There is a lot of stairs in the house but it wasn’t an issue for us. The kids enjoyed the roof-top & all the decks & patios. Wonderful!!!

Stayed Aug 2, 2024While looking for a perfect place to stay I messaged the owner about a few things I needed clarification on. Within minutes he responded and sent me photos to show us the property’s dockage. We started our trip with a tropical storm following us to Marathon. So for 2 days we stayed in and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The owner reached out to me after knowing we had bad weather and offered us extra time make sure we got the best out of our trip. I highly recommend if you want someone who will always be there to answer your concerns.
