This was our second stay at this beautiful home and can’t wait to come back next year! It has all the best amenities and it’s home away from home. Thank you Donna for always being so helpful and responsive to any questions we may have. We never want to leave but our family now feels rejuvenated and ready to go back to the real world. House was very nice. Host was not. Vrbo has a “Extenuating-Circumstances-Policy” that “protects you” for things beyond your control. Look it up. Things like mandatory evacuations. We were required to vacate the cape after less than 48 hours. The host refused to abide by the VRBO policy with the explanation that they reimbursed for two days only because we choose not to return after the mandatory evacuation had lifted. Who goes back after a cat five hurricane rolls through following a mandatory evacuation? House is a nice house - “Be Our Guest” gave me a zero star rating because I asked VRBO to enforce their own policy which is both petty and unprofessional.

The week was magical, from the ease to get to the beach, the close proximity of the pool, and the beautiful Baron by the Sea home. The house had everything we needed and more! Will definitely return.

We loved the main kitchen/living area being on the 3rd floor. The screened in porch off the kitchen was a great relaxing place to drink our coffee in the morning, and unwind after a beach day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus when the purple flag was flying at the beach. There are two beach entrances and either one is an easy walk to the beautiful beach. It would take way longer to get to the beach from a high rise condo that sits directly on the beach. The house was clean and comfortable; it felt like home away from home and we didn’t want to leave. We would love to stay again next year for our annual family vacation and look forward to making more memories at Baron by the Sea! 🩵

House comes with everything you would need for the beach so no need to pack your own. Owners provide kayak, 7 beach chairs and beach towels, 4 boogie boards, corn hole and beach toys. $250 beach gear credit got us free bikes. Short ride to the trading post and Skullys is only a 10 minute walk. Donna with the management company was extremely helpful and responded to any questions we had promptly. Will definitely rent through Be Our Guest again!
