    Location and view is amazing. Almost to the end of the island, 5 more minutes to Fort Morgan and as beachfront as it gets.

    Took our infant down to dip her toes in the Gulf for the first time. We enjoyed the privacy afforded to our family at that end of the island. Sand and surf right outside the front door. Who could ask for more?

    Beautiful ocean front, family spent hours on the beach, wonderful accommodations, could not have been more perfect. House is dated. Lock was difficult.

    The beach home was beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures. There are about 4 vacant lots on the right side of the home so there was no activity on that side and provided extra solitude. We practically had the beach to ourselves. We want to come back and stay here again. Highly recommend this to those who want a quiet vacation on the beach.

    The location is great but the house itself needs some TLC and updates. As other reviewers have noted there were a lot of ants in the kitchen. The oven was broken and unusable. There was charcoal in the gas grill so we couldn’t use that either. Before arriving at the house we contacted the property manager, Vacasa, and asked if beach chairs and umbrellas would be available. We were told that no equipment would be available so we spent several hundred dollars renting umbrellas and chairs for the beach. Upon arrival at the house we discovered that the bathroom in the lower level had chairs, umbrellas and a lot of other beach items available so we ended up renting equipment that we didn’t need. The property manager should be aware of what is available and give customers correct information. Overall I expect more for the price I paid per night.

    Very nice design living room and master BR overlooking the beach. Well furnished and comfortable beds. This house just listed for sale at $1.95M. Plumbing drains are on their last leg and foundation sank on SE corner but house is still functional. Recently tastefully painted and trimmed in common areas. Really enjoyed the stay. .

    The house itself was great!! Communicating with Vacasa trying to get an item that was left was not. The only response I received is they would get with the local management and let me know. It is frustrating that we rely on a company during our travels and this is the resolution when you leave something, but again the house was great. This was a repeat trip for us to the same house. Due to Bacasa we will probably find a different property next year. Location of the house and proximity to the beach are perfect. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked.
