Gulf Front in Rosemary + Beach Access- 34 South Briland Main House

We had a fantastic stay. Great home. Great location. Seamless check-in and check-out process. Responsive management team. Highly recommend.

This was our second trip to Rosemary and I asked the family if they wanted beachfront or a private pool and they opted for beachfront. This was the most perfect location for our family given we love the beach. Beach chair rental was smooth through the website provided by the rental company. The community pool is super close and the walk to downtown Rosemary was easy and very enjoyable as the streets are so pretty. The rental management was very easy to communicate with and had answers within minutes. Street parking was close. The 2 king rooms are on the first floor with full bathrooms and one with a tub. Plenty of personal towels and a huge basket with beach towels was a plus! The primary had a sunroom and was very nice just be aware the windows do not open and the dune is in the way of viewing the water. The second floor bunk room is adorable and the balcony off of the living space was perfect for sitting and relaxing. The large couch was comfortable and large enough for all of us to relax on. The top floor is the queen room with full bathroom and is more enclosed in the house. Perfect for our teen daughter. Overall this place is beautiful and perfectly located.The beds are harder than what we are used to, if any recommendations to the owners would be to invest in nicer mattresses or bed toppers and maybe a few waters for arrival. We chose the house for its proximity to the beach and for the ability to walk into town. The house was very clean and well kept and just a few steps from the beach access which was perfect for us and especially for our older parents. The WiFi is pretty weak and unreliable and our Verizon phones had zero service at the house. So just a heads up to anyone for whom that could be an issue. We also an incident with a very angry neighbor because we did not realize that we could not park a car at the house. The link sent to me for the guidebook about the house took me to a FAQ page and I did not realize that more info was included on a separate page that I missed. My fault, but an honest mistake. I would just suggest that info be included in a text along with the check in time. The neighbor is obviously a permanent resident and not a fan of renters. We certainly did not mean to inconvenience her. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th consecutive year traveling to Rosemary Beach. We've stayed all over- right on Eastern Green, near Barrett Sq, north of 30A, with/without a private pool, etc. This one was the best without question. Being right next to crossover B, also close to Eastern Green, nearby Conquina Pool, away from the busy town center, etc, made for a perfect stay. The home is well appointed for a group of 6 or 7, with a quiet sitting area off the master, TVs only on the main floor, and good outdoor space. Only complaints were the grill area is very small, and the bunkroom stayed several degrees warmer than the rest of the home. A great experience overall... we'll definitely be back!
