Great location! Big and spacious. Room for large family with children and grandchildren. Nice communication with host.

The property could use some attention! Simple inexpensive items ; such as shower curtains were torn and rusty. The microwave was rusted on the inside. A walk in closet had a water leak and was moldy ! A mattress pad was badly stained. The view and location were great! The management responded in a timely manner.

The neighborhood is great and loves having the golf cart to get around. Only complaint is that the oven was broken and we were not made aware of it, although management knew it was not operable. We brought tons of food to cook and we could have prepared differently if we had known.

Can’t say enough good things - perfect location and home was beautifully kept. Close to our favorites Red Bar and Chiringo. Close enough to walk to Watercolor and Seaside. Plenty of room and the beds were so comfortable! Out second time staying!
