Beautiful house. Excellent location. Some areas need a bit of attention. One bathroom upstairs is rundown. Some pans were dirty in the kitchen. Overall very happy.

Great house for a Girls trip! It was awesome.

Great space to relax in main room and short walk to the gulch.

The host was prompt with responding to questions, it was roomy, clean, and welcoming.

Had the BEST time! Our group of 8(4 couples) rented for a long weekend. It was a perfect setup for us. Each couple had private bed/bath and space to breathe. The bottom floor does have 2 bedrooms with a shared (shower) bath. Only 1 sink and 1 towel holder. (May become an issue if have 2 couples on bottom floor) The main level kitchen and den were the gathering spot. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. We did not cook so can’t speak to the stove/oven. There are 2 refrigerators- brilliant! Just FYI- there is a single keurig coffee maker. Host may want to consider a regular drip coffee maker for large groups. The rooftop area- so nice and was used quite a bit. Thank you for having additional propane tanks for the fire pit! Hot tub was fun but cramped if trying to seat more than 4-5 people. There is a gas grill- we did not use it but it looked very clean. To the families with littles and elders- there are ALOT of stairs. And the rooftop has a ledge that’s about 3-4 feet high (if you have climbers)The location was fantastic! Easily walkable to The Gulch restaurants and shopping. Could walk to downtown (25 minute walk) but we usually ubered (10 day/ 25-30 night)There were a few minor maintenance issues we made guest services aware of and were super responsive. Just a bit of wear and tear that needs attention- main level rug, main level bathroom , top floor bath tile floor cracks,glass entry door shade needs repairOverall- a great property- definitely recommend!

Overall, great location but there are some things that need attention. The front door needs a shade like the rest of the condos in the complex. The bathtub needs a stopper that works. The bathroom on the main floor has poor water pressure. The mattresses were great and comfortable! The rooftop view, hot tub and fireplace were wonderful!!

We arrived to a 7’ carboard box in the entry way and a broom in the kitchen. The house was not at all well stocked. We were a group of 7. There were 2 wine glasses, 3 water glasses and 5 coffee mugs. Property people eventually brought over additionals but this isn’t now you want to spend your time on vacation. They were all new things that we had to wash. There is a hot tub but each guest was awarded exactly 1 towel for the stay. There was 1 kitchen dish towel and 1 dish rag. We had to move the propane tank to the fire pit from the BBQ because there was only one with gas. The thermostat had a code to lock it. No one I communicated with knew the code. A technician came over and he didn’t know it either. He ended up taking the whole thermostat off and changing it out for the one from next door. Overall, this lowered the value of the stay for us.

Over all property was ok paid top dollar for a property that had some short comings Contact with management was not great gave me the run around First off place smelled like someone was smoking weed inside Missing smoke detector on 3 rd floor Faucet in bath loose and not attached to vanity topIn two of the bath rooms the tile floor was crackedHole in bath wall Over all not the cleanest

This place is amazing and within walking distance of everything!!

Me and 7 buddies from high school all had a blast for our 60th birthday! Great location. Several bars and restaurants with on walking distance. Broadway is about a 15-20 minute walk - but several bars etc to stop in in the way. Condo was great! No issues and the A/C was COLD! Hottub and rooftop - all good! Would recommend.

Our family had a wonderful trip - great communication with the property owner, beautiful space, clean and perfect location. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Our group of 12 adults had a great time at this location. Accessible to Music Row, The Gulch and a short ride to Broadway made the location ideal. It provides plenty of space for all to enjoy. The roof top adds an unexpected hangout with great views of Nashville. Communication was frequent and easy with the Stay Minty staff!

A group of 8 of us stayed here to celebrate our milestone birthdays and this wonderful place did not disappoint! There was plenty of space and a great layout. We also loved the rooftop and hot tub! The location is also great, close enough to walk to everything but with a little distance to have some peace and quiet, too. We highly recommend it!

Roof top is amazing!

Multiple family/friends traveling from out-of-state for baby shower. This spacious rental was a perfect setting; spacious, clean, great communication, grocery delivery option, and within walking distance/short uber ride to venture out on excursions. Definitely recommend!

The location was great and property was as great as expected.

Modern condo, conveniently located close to the airport and downtown. Good management communication.

Great location lots of room.Living room rug needs to be cleaned but everything else was great.

Great location and overall set up. The property has been used hard over its short life. It definitely needs a make over. Kitchen was once well equipped but now several glassware items missing, cookware used hard, some of the silverware still had food remaining on them and kitchen has ants. The oven is very dirty. The main rug in living area needs to be replaced because it is filthy. The floors are sticky and some of the tiles are chipped and the painting needs to touched up and repainted in some areas. Great house but it has had too much use without a refresh. It’s time to put some money back into your investment.

We were overjoyed to hang out at the house in the hot tub and by the fire pit when we weren’t out on the town. The house is as described and met all of our needs for a family birthday celebration. The location is ideal and walkable to the prominent bars and restaurants. We will want to stay here again next time we are in town!

Overall really nice place to stay, plenty of room, kitchen and living room were nice. Description of beds and TVs, etc weren’t accurate and the hot tub didn’t work the first night because the water was too low.

Gorgeous view from the rooftop, spacious rooms, perfect location, and overall fun place to stay! Communication was great with the manager and they had complimentary decorations, champagne and cupcakes for our birthday celebration. The only thing we recommend is the bedrooms should have darker shades because it was quite bright in the all the bedrooms. Other than that, it was perfect!

Location of this property was ideal if you’re looking for something quiet yet close to all the main attractions. Communication with the property managers was always prompt and we were able to check in a little early as well. Property itself was great only a couple areas of improvement but nothing that was a deal breaker. There was a piece of molding at the base of one of the stairs that was not attached so we kept tripping on it and a few other minor fixes that could be addressed. Bathroom flooring and the rug in the living room also could use a real deep cleaning. Also not all rooms have a tv like the listing states. Our group didn’t mind but would recommend updating the listing. All in all would definitely stay here again.

10 friends that were born in 1962 and turned 62 this year. Easy walking distance to Broadway and other locations. Kitchen has fully stocked. Living room and rooftop space was nice for a group of 10. The floors looked clean, but were dirty. We requested garbage bags and gave permission to enter, we never got the bags. We would recommend this property

Great location. Close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday (8 adults). The property was very spacious for our group, we loved the large kitchen/living room. The bedrooms were all a good size and the beds were comfortable. The location was great (15 min walk to broadway). The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but the towels and linens were dirty in some rooms (my white bathmat had lots of black stains and one comforter had stains on it). The floors were very dirty (our feet were black from walking barefoot) and the rug in the living room, although nice, was covered in stains. I would recommend this property for a large group, but would suggest bringing sandals to wear around the house.

Located in a cluster of 3-story townhomes, this property offers unique and well-designed spaces to accommodate 3-5 couples or a guy's or gal's getaway. We were 3 couples in our 60s/70s/80s who walked to main Broadway venues in a casual 30 minutes several times in our 4 days there with no problem. Plenty of good places to eat on the way to Bway too. 2 large BRs have en suite bathrooms. Other 3 are smallish with bathrooms out in the hall. All BRs are adequate for a several day stay. Main level has large LR/kitchen with a long counter with 8 or so stools. Good kitchen appliances and plenty of dishes but limited glassware. We missed not having a dining table where folks can gather around but one on the roof seats 6. Nice jacuzzi on roof with more counters/stools and lounging chairs. Great views out to downtown, but new building next door overlooks roof. While interior space is well designed, construction was shoddy. After only 6-7 years, nails are popping out of the ceiling, tape joints are peeling, and floor tiles are coming loose. Not a big deal but it's ready for a repaint and refit. Single garage was quite wide but tight in length with HVAC, etc. there. Info provided for check-in was all we needed to get in. Good anticipation of what we would need to know and very friendly team. Response to a report of slow running drain was excellent. We would stay here again and the wife says she will be bringing her girlfriends for a long weekend.

Stayed at this property with coworkers during a recent work trip. If I could leave zero stars I would. The house was disgustingly dirty. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. Mold under the water dispenser. Dust everywhere. The pictures online do not show how used and abused this place is..it was embarrassing to host a work event and after contacting the host to have them come out and clean the next day to return to the property having not been cleaned. I would never stay at another Minty property.
