This 190 m² three-bedroom house is centrally located to enjoy everything the city offers and can accommodate up to eight people. With large windows throughout, the space is filled with natural light and offers lovely views of the surroundings.

Located in a private condominium with 24-hour security, guests have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool (open in summer) and a tennis court (available by reservation), making it an ideal base for both relaxation and recreation.

The living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable seating area, a TV for relaxing after a day of exploring and a dining table for shared meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, cookware, and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, including a cooker, fridge, and microwave.

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs.

There are three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, another with two bunk beds, and a third with a double bed and a private ensuite bathroom. All beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep.

The two bathrooms are stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The home also features a terrace with a cosy seating area—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing outdoors.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This lovely property is located in the tranquil Quinta da Barca development in Esposende, offering a perfect blend of coastal beauty and countryside charm. Surrounded by nature and just minutes from the beach, it's ideal for a relaxing escape.

Guests can enjoy easy access to the stunning natural landscapes of the Northern Littoral Natural Park, with its dunes, pine forests, and scenic walking trails. The golden sands of Esposende and Ofir beaches are just a short drive away, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or surfing.

For outdoor and sports enthusiasts, the gated community includes a golf course, tennis courts, and a marina. Horse-riding and boat tours along the Cávado River are also nearby, adding to the variety of leisure activities.

Culture lovers can visit local landmarks such as the hilltop Castro de São Lourenço and the 16th-century Igreja Matriz de Esposende, both just a short drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
