This guest house, overlooking Nipit Lake (one of the Twin Lakes) is located ~ 20 minutes SW of Penticton, B.C. (the south Okanagan city situated between Okanagan and Skaha Lakes), ~ 30 min. to Apex Ski Resort, 15 min to Skaha Lake and very close to golf and general store. One bedroom with double bed. Shaded patio out back, lake view from front.
This vacation rental is specifically located on Twin Lake Rd., in the small resort community of Twin Lakes, just off highway 3A, ~ 20 minutes SW of Penticton. The Twin Lakes Golf Course is 79 Twin Lake Rd. The cottage is 229 Twin Lake Rd. - to the left and up after following Twin Lake Rd through to near the end of the community. We also have another vacation rental on the same property - separate building (Cosy Cottage), for those with larger groups.
Mark and Mitra are wonderful hosts and they are great at communicating quickly and succinctly to any questions you may have. Their guest house is ideally located for those looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from any large urban area. There are many amenities within the house (WiFi, flat screen TV, microwave, BBQ) as well as close by on the highway (gas, coffee, basic groceries). It is fairly easy to find off Highway 3A and you are fairly close to Penticton and even Kelowna. Many wineries are within an hour or less driving time, and there is a golf course very close to the guest house for those avid golfers. I would highly recommend this getaway as a way to rejuvenate yourself and your loved ones. Sincerely, James
Such a great little getaway. Beautiful property with a stunning view of the lake. It's worth the extra drive from Penticton. Can't wait to go back!
If you like peace and quiet along with a great view this cottage fills the bill. Close to all amenities and just far enough off the track for a relaxing few days.
Cozy and well equipped, this home is a delight to stay in. All was very clean and the owners were wonderfully attentive to our needs and communicated quickly when we had questions.
