Stayed Jul 24, 2025The location was great, and the property is spacious enough to accommodate larger groups comfortably. The owners were responsive and sent an AC technician when we reported the cooling issue. However, the duplex was extremely dirty, with thick dust, stained linens, grimy bathrooms, and outdoor areas that haven’t been cleaned or maintained in a long time. The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition — they appear to be from when the property was much newer and better maintained. The AC in one unit was broken for nearly 20 hours, and when it was repaired, the pressurized line blew out black gunk into the bathroom. While the space has potential, it desperately needs deep cleaning, updated linens, and an honest, updated listing.

Stayed Aug 24, 2023This was our yearly vacation with family & friends, with a group of 20. The two duplex houses were exactly what we were looking for. With the drought right now, there is no grass at all on the property so don't let the pictures fool you. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Stayed Jun 1, 2023The property was as advertised. It was very spacious and clean. 20 people can easily be accommodated and having 2 kitchens was a major bonus since we cooked all of our meals on site! Access to the river was easy. Yard was shaded to allow for a retreat from the sun. The cliff side view was beautiful and we even got to watch a heard of mountain goats descend the cliff one morning. Plenty of space for yard games, grilling, relaxing. The large porch was wonderful; lots of time was spent relaxing under the fans while enjoying the view & good company. We walked across the street to the bar two nights in a row for some good music and dancing. Would highly recommend this property to others!
