Welcome to the Guadalupe Get-A-Way House Rules
1.) Check in time 4 PM & Check out time 11 AM
2.) Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. Guest assume all responsibility & liability for use of the swimming pool and pickle ball court.
3.) Please use only plastic cups and paper plates outside. No glass containers or ceramic plates around the pool for your safety.
4.) No events or parties allowed on the premises. Maximum of three visitors allowed during the day.
5.) We ask that our guests be so kind as to dispose of food in the available garbage bin. Please do not put any food waste in the sink. There is No garbage disposal, house is on a septic system. Trash pick up is every Monday morning. Recycle pick up is every other Monday morning. Please put trash and recycle cans out Sunday night.
6.) Please put blue trash and green recycle containers on the street Sunday night for pick up & collection.
7.) Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Absolutely No Smoking in the house. $250 Extra cleaning fee.
8.) Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or wipes down the toilet. We have provided trash cans in both bathrooms.
9.) Things happen. Please report any breakage or damage along with anything else that doesn’t work properly.
10.) If anything in our House Rules is unclear, please contact me. Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation. ~Thanks Howard
