Ridgeline brings together Units 12, 13, 14, and 15—a connected collection of four cottages that blend convenience, comfort, and community. With 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, this hilltop retreat is perfectly suited for families, friends, or groups who want to gather while still enjoying the privacy of individual spaces.

Thoughtfully designed for both connection and relaxation, the cottages sit side by side, creating a unique setting where guests can spend quality time together and retreat to their own cozy corners when desired. 8 parking spaces are available for these cottages. Parking is very limited and most weekends in the summer, we are not able to accommodate additional vehicles. We do have a partnership with a neighbor to park extra vehicles for an additional fee, but availability is also limited and not guaranteed.

WiFi is provided (high speed fiber), but is not guaranteed due to our remote location - prepare for a potentially unplugged adventure.

DoorDash, UberEats, Target, H-E-B, Favor, Instacart - all deliver to the property if you need something - just be sure to provide your driver with clear directions and note that cell service is non-existent on River Road.
Smoking or vaping is strictly forbidden indoors and an additional $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for any violations. Smoking is permitted outdoors and we request that you do not litter by extinguishing and disposing of any butts appropriately. Please be courteous of other property guests when in common areas.
