Located in the heart of olive trees and vineyards this holiday home is ideal for meeting up with family or friends, in any season. Calm and tranquility await you. The place is peaceful and serene in harmony with the preserved environment. Very well placed for visiting the surroundings and discovering the Drôme Provençale, the place is perfect for exploring this beautiful region. Nyons andits market, Vaison-la-Romaine and its Roman remains, the Baronnies region rich in its fauna, flora and geology, the castles of Suze-la-Rousse and Grignan ... Without further ado, stop at the Provencal markets to taste the specialties: olives, nougat, honey, lavender, as well as Côtes du Rhône wines (Vinsobres AOC, Grignan-les-Adhémar AOC).

On a 3ha property, independent Provencal villa arranged over 3 half-levels. Ground floor: kitchen, bedroom (2x90), bathroom, separate wc. On the raised ground floor: bedroom (1x140), living room open to the living room with fireplace and balcony. On the 1st floor: bedroom (1x160), separate wc with hand basin, sink, mirror and small furniture. Please note, an independent shower is available in the garage. Use of oil heating 12 € / day.
