Stayed Dec 11, 2025House was great fit for my family. Gorgeous deck with water below. My only problem was the rail out there covered thick in bird feces. We didn’t sit out there because of it. Loved the pool table.

Stayed Nov 13, 2025The location was great and we enjoyed the deck overlooking the river. The housekeeping service could improve. Blankets in the bedrooms needed washing. Need new sheets and pillows.

Stayed Sep 22, 2025The home is beautiful and it was clean. We only had a few issues. Some of our ladies had a hard time stepping up on the porch as the first step is tall. We had a problem with the TV as it did not work in the living room. The last 2 days there were large amounts of dead flies in the master bathroom.The house rules are to set the thermostat on 76 during the summer but that is way to warm, we were HOT! Since it was over 90 degrees outside this was way to warm in the house even with ceiling fans.I would go back to this house again but maybe in cooler weather.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025Some areas of the home were a little older (bedding, pillows) but overall a great location. It was actually bigger than we anticipated. Check in and out was super easy. We really enjoyed it.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025Great stay! Big house with lots of beautiful views. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and dining area and the outdoor patio. Loved how comfortable the beds were and the proximity to town. The shower did not work and the plumber never arrived. All the faucets have an excess of gunk built under them that if cleaned with vinegar they would run more efficiently. The dishwasher was also not working. The door was broken so it could not be used. I did already let you know about those things. The coffee pot needs replacing. It is not working correctly and we couldn't get it to make a full pot. Thank you for the stay

Stayed Oct 24, 2024House was perfect for our group of 6. It could easily accommodate more. Beds were all pretty comfortable compared to many rentals we've stayed in. Nice open Floorplan and nicely decorated. Outdoor area is nice and river views are nice. Only improvements I would request is a new coffee maker. It takes 20 minutes to make a pot. There is a kuerig if you like those but the filter one is very slow. We requested a later check-out which they accommodated for a small fee. I would rent this house again. Great location for Gruene and New Braunfels attractions.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place was awesome and really clean. We loved seeing the deer in the yard. Very peaceful and relaxing with plenty of room for a huge family. Gruene is literally right down the road. Can't ask for a better location. Only thing we wish is they would fix the access to river or have a place renters can access the river close to the house. Would definitely stay here again.
