Gruene Getaway - 3/2 Luxury Condo + Pool + River Access + Walk to Gruene + Mins to Downtown NB

Condo was great with the exception of the fridge. It would not keep things cold and we had several food items ruined. I don't think the seal is working properly. We loved the location and the furnishings in the condo were great. We also had issues with the A/C. It would not stay at the temp we set it at. It would continuiusly move the temp up, especially upstairs. We'd set it to 72 and an hour later it would be changed to 82...crazy.

Very nice, spacious condo. The location was perfect for accessing everything in Gruene. New Braunfels is very close. Would definitely stay there again.

Unbeatable location. Very clean and comfortable.

The code to check in and open the door was incorrect. I had to call twice and stay on hold for several minutes and then got the door code. Which was different than what was supplied in the communication. It took 20 minutes to get in the door

Property was beautiful! Perfect location. A little loud but to be expected being in the heart of Gruene. Sheets in one of the downstairs bedrooms had several hairs. There was no top sheet, which was weird to me. I also checked under the beds to make sure we didn't leave anything behind, and it was like someone swept all the dirt and dust under the beds. Needed more bath towels.

Walkable for all the restaurants and shops. Perfect for the 5 adults that stayed here.

Easy check in, love the updated condo compared to others in the complex. We did have to wash several dishes we took out of the cabinet before we used them. Need more wash clothes, hand towels and bath towels to accommodate 6 guests.

We loved it! It perfectly accommodated our two kids and elder parents. Wonderful time!

Great place Great location

The location was great, the shower stall and toilet in the master bedroom seemed like it had not been scrubbed in a long time. There was a lot of mildew and buildup. There were roach droppings on the countertop in the bathroom as well. We wanted to watch Fubo and login via our own account, but the owner has set it up to where no one can login. The dust on furniture was evident which also makes me think that their cleaning service does not do a thorough job. The couches are filthy.

Perfect mini getaway! Ideal in every aspect.

So many great things to say about this little jewel! Upon arrival we walked in and it was nicer than the pictures. Cute, cute, cute!! The decor and paint colors were so relaxing. Plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining table for everyone. Obviously the master suite upstairs is the best room in the rental but the two bedrooms downstairs were really comfortable as well. They are ideal for children. Full size washer and dryer was very handy to have. Ample space on the outdoor balconies to enjoy some time. Our parking spot right outside our door sure made a difference on a hot summer day to unload and load. Shopping? It’s all in walking distance. Hungry? Lots of places to choose from without moving the car. Gruene River Inn turned out to be our favorite! The only downside to this place is river access. It’s definitely a challenge. Lots of poison ivy and a big drop off. It’s definitely doable but it would be great to have a couple extra steps into the river. If you’re wanting to just float right there or rent a tube and float…it’s a great location. Quiet time between 10pm and 8 is non-existent. I’m not sure who monitors that but the system in place isn’t working.

This is the place if you are wanting convenience to Gruene activities. VERY CONVENIENT!!! Well appointed inside and kitchen though we did not spend alot of time inside the condo other than to eat breakfast and sleep. We were there for a wedding and had an event at the Gruene River Grill - literally 50 yards from the front door. Only two parking spots.
