I’ll start by saying that we were for women in our mid 40s with no mobility issues. If you are unable to do stairs, this would probably not be a good property for you as both showers are located on the second floor. We found the house spacious. The kitchen was large and there was a great living room/ dining area where we spent a lot of time eating and hanging out. Two of us shared the master bedroom and the other two each had their own room, which was nice. The beds were firm, but I thought very comfortable. The blankets were nice and warm. The location is about a 15 minute walk to Germantown. Also a 10 minute walk to the farmers market. It’s surprisingly easy to walk to the Ryman auditorium although it takes about 25 to 30 minutes there’s a Kroger‘s in walking distance which is nice if you want to make meals at the house the only critique I have is that supplies were a little limited for a four night day stay for four people. We went out and bought hand soap for each bathroom. We also bought things like aluminum foil and plastic wrap. We bought a few more kitchen towel towels. We bought coffee pods because the ones there seemed to be from the dollar store so expect to stock up pretty much everything you need. Otherwise communication with the host was excellent. We weren’t able to check in early but they did give us a two hour extension on the checkout, which was greatly appreciated. I would stay here again.

This place was great and clean with a very short ride or walk to so many fun places! I did have to reach out for a door code when I got there, but they immediately responded even though it was kind of late.

Host was very welcoming. The only thing I would suggest it the heat registers be secured tot he floor, they slid off the duct in more than one occasion, some could step in the hole. We had no issues with getting hurt but the registers did slide off more than once.

We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The inside of the home was very nice and clean, the rooms were spotless, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The covered garage was also a great bonus and very convenient. The only minor drawbacks were that the TV outside underneath the deck didn’t work, and the grates on the grill could use replacement. Outside of those small issues, everything was well-kept and enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely consider booking again.

Welcoming and very responsive host. Fresh towels, soap, trash bags, and laundry detergent was available. There's a nice fenced in yard, front porch, and 2nd level deck (front and back). A couple items to note, there's no plates or silverware in the kitchen. There is a nice wet bar with a coffee station next to the kitchen. The check out instructions were super straight fowards and easy to follow. There's a second level laundry, the master has an excellent restroom, and the 2 guest beds had a jack and jill setup. The entire house easily slept 5 of us, but it could easily sleep more if we include the couches and people doubled up in beds. Really the only complaint is that the dining chairs and living room furniture needs a deep cleaning. The fabric was soiled/stained when we arrived, it needs a more durable rental friendly replacement.

The house was clean-ish. The refrigerator, sink, bathroom and bedrooms were alll clean but there were a lot of cobwebs and dirty baseboards. I think the cleaning service does the weekly cleaning but the house needs the twice a year deep clean. The house was stock with all the amenities you need. The propane tank was not in the fire pit and the shed was too buggy to venture into. We had 6 guest in a house for 9 so plenty of room. They needed to supply more bathroom and kitchen towels. When I messaged the host, I did get quick replies. Its about a mile walk to the farmers market which is nice. Also about a mile walk to German Town.

The neighborhood was so close to downtown and other various sites that it was easy to drive ourselves and take decent priced uber rides as well. Overall, the house was clean and provided the basics needed for all the amenities provided.

The photo of the house is the back entrance, so we were a little confused when we arrived at the front. The house was perfect for 4. The beds were very comfortable, which is extremely important to me when booking! No complaints, except i wish it had the basics like, salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil for making breakfast in the morning. The area was not to loud and even though we had a car, we took an uber to most places within the city. Very enjoyable stay!

Property was beautiful. Modern appliances comfy beds and adequately equipped for long stay. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to downtown and Broadway St. There were minor things that need to be done. I do think that the house needs a good deep cleaning. There was dust on the baseboards and our socks were so dirty when we walked without shoes. The couch had stains on it that can be steam cleaned out. We loved the house and would love to stay there again.

This 3 bedroom house with 2 car garage and securely fenced backyard is ideal for visiting downtown Nashville with family (including dog family). The interior is modern and well maintained. And the location is perfect. You can choose to drive or Uber/Lyft to your destinations. Hosts are incredibly responsive and accommodating. It is understandably a popular place. I try to book it as soon as I know I’m going to be in Nashville. Highly recommend.

Pros: close to downtown. Remodel made it appealing. Fenced yard was great. Garage and high fenced yard.Cons: Downtown location felt a bit unsafe with so many sirens all night, every night. I would fire your cleaning crew. Beds were made, but linens had hair in them...so had not been washed. We stripped the sheets and washed ourselves. Floors and baseboards very dirty. Ceiling fans very dirty. Again, this would have been amazing if cleaned better. Outside space also not maintained (cobwebs and dirty cushions) Kitchen was very clean. Also, having to take the trash cans to the curb was a bit odd, since we were there on trash day. For the price you pay for these homes per night, clean is an expectation and you should not cut a corner on.

The house was clean, comfortable and updated. We only used part of it, 2 people in the Jack and Jill bedrooms plus dog. Very nice kitchen and coffee bar, but we didn't cook there or hang out at the house much. Super nice setup with the unique garage/carport entry off of the alley, so car & dog completely contained. Just enough yard for a little freedom. And not having to leash walk. It rained while we were there, but it wasn't muddy. Nice brick walkway between carport & back deck/entry. We never used the front door!

Perfect spot! Spacious and a quick drive to downtown. Farmers market 4 min away was a nice surprise. Nothing within walking distance, but not a problem having a car. Awesome fenced in yard for our dogs. We would stay at this property again! Only issue was one of the beds in the Master. It was soooo high off the ground and kinda unstable/wobly. Didn’t use it unfortunately Overall a great stay!

We were looking for a stay near downtown that could accommodate the sleeping arrangements we needed and offered room to spread out. The property fit the bill. It is well maintained and nicely decorated. We greatly appreciated the coffee/tea amenities and well-equipped kitchen, access to wi-fi, and security provided by the carport. A note to those who are not very agile -- while the two queen beds in the largest bedroom are very comfortable, they are at a floor height that can be challenging to get in/out of. Given the location’s proximity to the freeway, one might want to have earplugs if not accustomed to sleeping with the backdrop of freeway noise throughout the night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others with similar criteria for meeting their lodging needs in the Nashville area.

This property is ideal for a family or friends visiting Nashville — especially with a dog. The fenced-in back yard gives pups a great place to get their Zoomies out. And the two car parking garage adds to the overall value of this updated, modern interior, 3-bedroom house. (Parking downtown is expensive.) The location is incredibly close and convenient to Broadway, restaurants, etc. Management is extremely responsive and courteous. My only hesitation in recommending this place so highly is that I’m afraid it’s going to keep getting more popular and I won’t be able to book it. But seriously, if you’re looking for a fun, relaxing place, this is it.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and plenty of room. We didn’t use the backyard since it was cold with snow but this would be a huge bonus in the warmer months. Check in and check out was easy. The washer wasn’t working and they sent someone out within a few hours and was fixed. Great kitchen and two living areas was nice. The coffee bar area was a huge hit for my husband and son. We will try to get this place again when we come to Nashville again!

The property was beautiful inside. Very clean and remolded. However, we were disappointed with the proximity of the neighborhood to the Nashville sights. There was a broken mirror in the 2nd bedroom, not sure why it was not removed. Also- a lot of garbage in the carport- 4 full cans and we felt responsible to put it out- although none of it was ours! House was comfortable. Location not great!

Went to Nashville from Kansas for our daughter’s softball nationals tournament and her birthday. This place was a mile from downtown but without the chaos of downtown. Everything in the home was well maintained and comfortable. Dual a/c for up and down stairs was amazing! Garage was a bonus. I have the location/neighborhood a 4 star only because it is an area that is clearly going through a gentrification process but we never felt unsafe. The only things I will say that are not so much negatives but just constructive criticism are that the back yard needs some spraying as there were spider webs everywhere and our daughter got bit (not a big issue), there were a few stains in the carpet and a vanity mirror was laying on the floor broken. None of these things affected our stay but I just wanted to let you know. I would gladly use this home and renter again.
