• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: Please make sure all trash is in the bins by the garage or in the dumpster when you leave.

• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

    Beautiful property, the only issue was check in. My suggestion is to check messages through the VRBO portal. Also, the address of the units is listed as part of the WiFi network names, but I would put it in bold at the top of your introductory message. Otherwise the only place I could find the address listed is in the WiFi name. Overall beautiful property and a great experience. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you.

    We take a trip every year with friends during the month of February. This year we chose Nashville as our destination and booked both side A and B. Everyone in the group (12 adults) had nothing but good things to say about this property. The communication was great, the property was of clean and had everything we needed. Parking was also a great perk and the views from inside the property and the roof top was amazing. I highly recommend this property.
