Group Friendly 6BR Near Aquarium & Falls

Property was as listed! The space was great for our family vacation, plenty of room for everyone. Location was very close for our visit to the falls, only knock was the next door neighbors smoking marijuana on their porch as our kids tried to sit on our front porch.

The positive: The house is big, and includes many beds. The location is quite close to the Falls, and short walking distance to the Aquarium (which is, in itself, a waste of time and money).The negative: In general, the feeling is that the host company doesn't really value the guests as people with needs that came to have a nice vacation. Here are some observations:1. The kitchen is tiny. I read about it in the reviews before booking, but discounted it, thinking people have too much expectations. DO NOT DISCOUNT IT. there's no dishwasher, limited number of everything (plates, cups, utensils), zero room for groceries, absolutely no basics to cook with, store leftovers in, or serve in.2. Dining table is nice -- but sits 6 so prepare to eat in shifts.3. There are 2 bathrooms. In a property that's advertised as sleeping 15 guests, it's a bit of a sad joke. The bathrooms are poorly equipped: a single, half full 3-in-1 bottle. One of the bathrooms didn't even had any shelves in the shower, so the bottle simply lie on the floor, extremely uninvitingly.4. No storage or extras of anything. You need an additional blanket or pillow? You better find an unused bed to grab it from. Ran out of paper towel? Go buy one yourself. The kitchen towel got too wet? Tough luck. Every property I've stayed in before had a closet or some storage I could use to make my stay more convenient. Or fun: most places also offer some board games, or books, or something.

Overall this is a good place to stay. We enjoyed the closeness to all that the area has and felt safe. The house can hold quite a few people. The kitchen is SMALL and is not very well equipped, there were pots and pans but absolutely no bakeware. There was also no place to store any groceries. The house has had some nice updates. It could use a deep cleaning as well as some window treatments. Many windows had blinds missing and/or no curtains.

We were in town for a short time with a large group and needed a place to stay on relatively short notice. We needed to get in ½ hour early, and they were glad to help us with this. This house was totally renovated and very clean. It was in a reasonable neighborhood a short drive from the State Park and other sights in town. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The family room was a reasonable size and open to the dining room and kitchen. The only drawback was that there were only 4 chairs around a somewhat small dining room table, so we had to eat in shifts or in the family room. This might have been a bit of a problem if we were staying longer.

Last minute family stop, pretty convenient to the falls area. It's a little walk, yet not that far. Big rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Easy electronic check in.

Very clean

Just ok. House looked clean on the surface but linens didn’t smell fresh. Bathroom sink had something gross looking dripped down the front of the cabinets. Not in a very good area. Lots of run down houses and buildings around. Gas stations nearby are questionable. Lots of homeless and public drug use in the area. Common area feels like a waiting room. Not a cozy feel at all. Falls are close enough to walk to and beautiful but area didn’t feel safe enough to walk. Will definitely visit the Falls again but will not stay in Niagara Falls again.

Amazing property. It was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. It was very close to all the attractions but still felt private and not on a main road. Neighborhood was a little older/less well maintained than expected for how nice this property was but we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again with family and friends.

We had overall a very pleasant experience here. The house itself was quite pretty and beautifully remodeled, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 of the rooms had an extra twin bed attached to it. It could have had larger pans for cooking/baking since it can accommodate a large group but we made due. The neighborhood the house was in was rather run down and only street parking was available but we didn't have many problems with the exception of a neighbor blocking us in most of one day. The neighbors we did speake to were quite pleasant though. The house is within walking distance to Rainbow Bridge to enter Canada which makes it easy to use the pedestrian walkway to enter Canada. Besides being able to walk into Canada the house is near a very beautiful walling path that will take you down to view Niagra Falls, as well as the various attractions associated with the falls. The owner was very prompt and cordial when responding to any questions we had. While there is no laundry on site they do offer a same day laundry service that was very reasonably priced. Overall we would stay here again.
