- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrig / freezer, induction hob, open to the living room,
- a laundry room with washing machine, and dryer,
- a dining area
- living room with TV, board games.

- bathroom, with walk-in shower, hairdryer

The garden furniture and deckchairs, you will enjoy the terrace and barbecue.

The area is also very popular with fishermen on foot. The islands of Glénan, Sein, Ouessant, are easily accessible. Quimper, is a beautiful city of art and history, in which it is very pleasant to stroll random streets.
