Wonderful house with beautiful views of the estuary. The upstairs sitting room was light filled and well designed. Lots of interesting art work and comfortable seating. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host Jean-Luc was easy and his recommendations were much appreciated. We spent a perfect week here, and enjoyed rediscovering Brittany. We hope to return. Thank you.

The house is so beautiful and the location close to the village and harbour is great. Don‘ t miss seeing the fisher boats coming into the harbour with fresh fish, oysters, langoustinos and the farmer‘s market. We felt home in this house and booked it already for 2026 again. Jean Luc is such a great host with many good advices for restaurants and responded us quickly when we had a question. Thank you Jean Luc !

Jean Luc was so helpful and the house is lovely. Light, beautiful views, great location, spacious and very well equipped. Everything worked and was very comfortable. There is lots to do in the area, in fact we ran out of time to do everything we planned. The town of Guilvinec is a big fishing town and we really enjoyed immersing ourselves in the activities and eating wonderful fish from the poisoniere below the fish market. Jean Luc provided lots of local guidebooks, walks and restaurant recommendations at the house. The Guilvinec market is on Sunday with a brilliant selection of foods, the patisserie over the bridge and on the way out is fabulous. I would highly recommend staying here and I am very glad that we did. Thank you Jean Luc for making our stay so enjoyable.

We have just had a lovely week at Jean-Luc's house. The setting is great with amazing views of the back harbour. The house was well-equipped, we particularly enjoyed using the planche. Jean-Luc was very charming and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying in this house.

The house is exactly as described on the internet. Modern, clean and high quality furnishings. The kitchen offers everything you need. Even a Nespresso machine is available, which is extremely rare. We felt welcome from the first moment. Jean Luc is a very charming and discreet host. The dining table was beautifully set with a welcome gift. The house and the location are ideal for relaxing. Being able to experience the change of tides so close was terrific. Great too, with the bicycles that Jean Luc makes available to discover the area. If you like nature, Treffiagat and the surrounding villages will love you. A wonderful holiday. We'll be back for sure! Jean Luc, thank you for the nice farewell gift. We enjoyed the Galettes on the way home.

We stayed there for two weeks beginning of September 2015 and were glad, that wheather and house have been perfect. Jean welcomes us in his modern styled holidayhouse with typical Brittannies Cider and pie. Begin of september, after the french holidays it was very quiet in the area and besides some cries of seagulls you heard nothing. The house is furnished and equipped in a elegant way, modern and complete. You have a very big terrace at the 1st floor at the frontside of the house and 3 smaller terraces to the back sided waterfront. There water floods the backpart of the harbour of Le Guilvinec twotimes a day. Nice to see all the birds coming to that area. The way to the nearest beach is about 1km a mix of stoned area and sand. Perfect sand beaches you find near Penmarch , 6 km and Treguennec, 15 km away. For suggestions for excursions and nice restaurants ask Jean, you will always get a helping hand. Don´t miss to visit the fish auction in the harbor, Quimper, Concarneau and Point du Raz. It will be sure, that we will return someone in future. Thanks a lot Jean.
