Grey House Getaway

We were in town for graduation and the property was perfect for our family and grandparents. It was super clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the back porch and playing games in the basement. Thanks!

This was our second stay at gray house and we’ll most likely be back!! This rental is spotless and well equipped. Travis was readily available and answered all of our questions promptly. The back porch and yard were awesome to hang out in the evening. Also available are games for all ages. We used many of them. Full size washer/dryer and all appliances. Look no further…. this is your spot for Denver area visiting.

We enjoyed our stay and felt the house was fully equipped with everything needed from Kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies and bedding. The beds were very comfortable. Check in and out was extremely easy. We did not need to communicate with the owners at all during our stay! Lovely house!!

Family trip to Denver for a long weekend. Plenty of room for six adults. Patio was great for our morning coffee. Great bathroom amenities. Nice background and walking trail nearby.

Truly a home away from home! The house was perfect for our family gathering and birthday celebration dinner. From the spacious patio with seating for all and well maintained BBQ to all the amenities in the house, the owners have provided a welcoming place to stay. Even the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you and we look forward to renting again.

Went for our family vacation. The house is well taken care of. The beds are great. Played lots of games on the down stairs table. Cooked dinner on the grill. Really enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evenings and drinks some cold beers. Took the boy fishing at the lake that is in walking distance of the house. Never made it to the several other lakes that are with in minutes of the house. This has been one of the cleanest and nices house we have rented from Vrbo. Just a great stay away from home place.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was clear the hosts take great care of the space. We especially appreciated the coffee bar—it was such a thoughtful touch and made our mornings even better. The camping chairs were also a great bonus and perfect for relaxing outside. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was spotless! It seems every possible need was thought of ahead of time! Kitchen was well equipped and coffee pods were provided! Games galore downstairs added to the fun! The neighborhood was quiet. The backyard was well-kept and lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful property. we had 6 adults and a 4 year old and we stayed to visit the zoo for our granddaughters 4th birthday. Ample room for everyone. we loved breakfast and dinner in the back yard and the little one loved the bunny that came to visit every day and the squirrels that would stop by too. would highly recommend.

It was a very welcoming and adorable home! The place was outstanding in the cleanliness rating!! We very much enjoyed sitting on the back patio and admiring the garden!

Great stay at Grey House - house had everything we needed, was very clean, comfortable and an easy drive to CU Boulder campus, Denver and Red Rocks. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful backyard with covered patio to sit with coffee and a book and enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend!

Grey House was the perfect spot for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house had all the things we needed plus some. Location was spot on for what we wanted to do - and we had nice weather to boot. We enjoyed the games and puzzles as well as the multiple TV's. Some of the kids even ventured out to the backyard and played in the fresh snow.

Travis is an awesome host, the house is perfect and the best part is the very calming backyard atmosphere. Thanks again for providing a great place.
