Grey Goose on Lake Lanier with Deep Water Dock, 3 Kayaks & 1 Paddle Board incl.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet house. The owner was very responsive to all and any questions we had. Nice supply of firewood to use in fire pit. Short walk to the dock which was wonderful! Will definitely rent again.

House was well stocked indoors and outdoors. The owners really had every base covered inside the house and out in the fire pit or down by the dock. The walk down to the dock was extremely steep but we enjoyed our morning hikes to take in the lake views. Also, the game room was a big hit for our kids. We will definitely consider returning again. Thank you!

Grey Goose was a great place for our family to come together and celebrate Christmas. The house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for all the cooking we did for the holiday. Plus, it is close to many grocery stores, shopping and dining.

The house was easy to find. The entire house was clean and in order. Decorated perfect for a lake house. The outdoor fire pit was wonderful along with the game room and theater room. David was very hospitable and answered questions right away. We would definitely stay again.

Host was great. The house was cute, little older then I expected. And I think because of the season there were lady bugs everywhere inside the house. Master bed was really comfortable. Easy to get down to the water.

Clean, well maintained and comfortable. The host is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Grey Goose had everything we needed, and more. Lots of shopping and restaurants are just down the road. There are many games and fun activities on the property. We enjoyed seeing deer on our walk to the dock and used the kayaks & paddle board frequently. We watched lots of football with the included Fubo streaming service and 2 big screen televisions. It's just a short drive to the mountain trails and waterfalls of north Georgia. Grey Goose was a great place to evade peak Florida hurricane season, see some Fall colors, and spend time with family (now living in nearby Cumming). With so much to do, we all had a great time!

It was our second time staying at this beautiful property. It’s a very relaxing retreat and the walk to the dock and the dock itself are just fabulous. The games room, fire pit and kayaks make it perfect for families. The owners are kind and communicative. I’m sure we will be back again in future.

Stay #2 at the Grey Goose for us. There will be a 3rd. We got to share the weekend with a meet up with friends. We are already planning our next visit. We spent 85% of Labor Day weekend on the lake at the deep water dock. When we were not sleeping or on the dock we relaxed outback, roasted hotdogs and making s’mores we even spent time in the game room playing air hockey. Another great stay!

David was a fantastic host! He was very responsive about the questions that we had and even let us borrow a couple more kayaks to use on the lake! The dock is awesome, the kitchen has lots of utensils, the fire pit outside is the place to be if you looking up at the stars! We ended each night in the theatre room which was a great way to end each day. Thank you David for making our guys’ weekend such a success!

We used the property to celebrate a high school graduation and a mini family reunion. Growing up my grandparents had a lake house on Lake Lanier, so this property brought back many memories. The property is very clean and had all the necessary essentials. Communication with the owner was excellent and they made sure everything was ready for our arrival. We couldn’t have had a better experience during our stay. Beautiful dock with all the things you could need for a day on the lake. Lower level had many games and activities that kept the kids entertained during the stay. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a great experience at the lake.

We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the outside deck. We also liked the game room and downstairs living area during our brief stay. Next time we plan to partake in water sports and hang out at the dock. We also want to make use of the basket all.

Fully loaded lake house! 10 minute drive into town where we could find absolutely anything we needed or wanted to shop for and eat. Tons of restaurants in the area everthing seems to be newly built. Dahlonega was a quick 30min drive. The town offers great shopping and unique places to eat.The game room kept the kids (11 and 6) busy. We had a great family Christmas stay and would strongly recommend.

Our family of 5 celebrated Christmas during our 3 night stay at the Grey Goose. The location on Lake Lanier perfectly placed. We panned for gold in Dahlonega, shopped at the Premier Outlets, fished, kayaked an stargazed from the amazing dock. The whole family enjoyed the gameroom and there was plenty of room to lounge and watch tv. The kitchen was well appointed and we prepared a couple of meals. The house was clean. There ARE alot of stairs and the mattress in the msin bedfoom is comfy but VERY soft so if you have any sort of back issue keep that in mind. We would definitely recommend!

We wanted a place to gather for the weekend for Christmas. We had everything we needed to entertain in-laws, teenagers and a 6-year old. We fished off the dock and played in the games room. We even made Christmas cookies. The layout and space were great for a family of 7. The winding path from the house to the water was also a treat, like a private trail in the woods. Coming from Florida, the chilly weather was very welcome for outdoor time and we were cozy and warm for indoor time. The host was very helpful and communicative. An all around great stay.

Very nice house. Great location. Cool walk to the lake (although lots of Joro Spiders around North Georgia these days). House is well equipped and beds are comfortable. Very large house and fun game room. Great stay.

We really had a great time There was plenty of room for everyone .The bed in the family room could use a better mattress.. although this is often the case with a pull out fold up bedfamroom was not real comfortable

This property was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for parents and teens!! We chose Grey Goose because it had something for everyone, from the youngest (12yrs) to the teens and adults we all had plenty of space and the game room was great for the kids to have their own hang out spot! The dock on the lake had the most beautiful views and was a fun little hike for everyone each day! The patio was great for morning coffee and watching the deer! The property owner was so easy to work with as well. The property was immaculate and OMG, the beds were all so soft and cozy. We will definitely be back!!

House is really neat, multi-story, fun game room and TV room, everything you need. The nature walk to the dock was nice and the dock was deep and fun was had by all.

Perfect place to host a surprise birthday weekend for my husband with our sons and closest friends! Smores and hotdogs by the fire- great view of the lake!
