We enjoyed staying at Carol’s property. She takes very good care of it as it is her home. It was centrally located in Oconomowoc and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The house is older and offered so much charm. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with my out of state bridesmaids.

We were in town to do some wedding planning and stayed at this cottage. We found it to be very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The cottage was filled with all sorts of treasures and history. I wish I would have had more time to study all the pictures and books and the many items that were throughout the house. The yard was charming and a great place for our morning coffee. The location was perfect for all the running around we needed to do and then we could walk to dinner in downtown Oconomowoc. Carol was great to work with and responded quickly. I hope to stay here again sometime.

Very clean and welcoming from fresh flowers and coffee, eggs and English muffins in the fridge to chocolate in the candy dishes - lovely garden and patio areas. Well kept - we felt like we were in a proper English cottage. Very walkable location - close to great boutique shopping, great restaurants, parks & lakes slept like a baby with the windows open well stocked kitchen - just like home highly recommend this lovely cottage - it was perfect for the 3 of us - we each had our own room

Carol was a wonderful and communicative host. The Cottage was very cute, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. The location was within walking distance to multiple restaurants and coffee shops, and was an easy drive to/from the airport. We were in town for a bonspiel at the Kettle Moraine Curling Club and the cottage was a perfect spot for our trip - would absolutely stay here again in the future!

This property was one of the most quaint, homey feeling, and had an incredible location that we've ever stayed. And we have stayed in many rentals. The inside of the home feels like you're staying at a retro chic Grandma's house. All of the personal items just make it feel like home. The house is stocked better than most we've ever stayed. And full kitchen with spices and basic cooking and baking needs. A simple but added touch of boxes of Kleenex were appreciated. Our favorite part was the location. It's within walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops and of course the beautiful lakes. We truly enjoyed walking everywhere. The only time we used our rental car was driving further outside the city. A couple things to note, the AC is just window units, however they cooled pretty well. Also, there is a train nearby. We never heard the train whistle, but you could definitely hear and feel the rumble of it in the house. The outside gardens and closed in porch were lovely to sit in as well. Overall, we would stay in this location again. Carol was very kind and accommodating.

We had a great experience at the Greenstone Cottage. The home is very well updated with modern kitchen amenities, TVs in nearly every room, and the host went above and beyond to provide drinks and fridge items to make the stay more convenient. This truly felt like a home with the books, furniture, and overall had a very warming-welcome atmosphere. It was a quick and easy 5m walk to downtown/lake (Roots coffee is awesome!) and there there are even a few good options for food and coffee right across the street. It was our first time in Oconomowoc (for a wedding) and we'll definitely be back and will hopefully stay in here again.

You pull into the driveway and see an adorable house with flowers all around. It sets the stage. Walking in the front door you realize you're in a home that's filled with beautiful and interesting decorations. The kitchen is fresh and clean with modern appliances. Bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were better than most hotel rooms because you felt like you were in a home rather a room with no personality. 5/5 amazing communication from the property owner. We will plan on coming back!!
