Stayed Dec 26, 2025House was well equipped with full kitchen, fireplace and wood, and comfortable linens. Walking distance to the beach. And 5min drive from Kontakosta. We got a couple inches of snow and Cindi made sure we had salt and shovels at the ready.

We have been coming out to Greenport with friends for about 7 years now and this was a wonderful place for us to stay and be close to the town and then also the wineries and pumpkin patches. Stayed May 24, 2025We had a wonderful stay. The house was in the perfect location - we were able to walk into town and down to the beach, which was lovely. The house itself had everything we needed, was decorated so nicely, and was just overall a great vibe. Sitting on the porch with our morning coffees was the best start to each day. We would love to come back. Cindi was a great host!

You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making the space comfortable and functional. The property was absolutely gorgeous, and close to everything we wanted to do in Greenport.
