Greenfield Gathering Place.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Greenfield Gathering Place. The home is very clean with a very well appointed kitchen. The little details made such a difference.... chargers at each bedside, comfy blankets, very nice tv's in each bedroom, nice toiletries, very ample kitchen cleaning aids. Super easy check in/check out process. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you for this lovely home away from home!

Everything was great! The lock where you put the code in didn’t match the check-in video, but we didn’t have any issues getting in. Just wanted to make y’all aware! Thanks for a great and comfortable stay.

We loved our stay!! Communication with the host was great. The home was updated, clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. We really appreciated the extra touches - well stocked kitchen and bathrooms! Also, the beds were very comfortable. Thank-you for such a nice home to stay in while in Wilmington!

Beautiful place that was centrally located near everything. These hosts go above and beyond to make it feel like home. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again when in the area.

It would be hard to improve on our accommodations. Even our guests noted that nothing was lacking in amenities. Fully appointed kitchen. The Gathering Place was clean as a whistle. Neighborhood was quiet at night. I had a little remote work to do so the fast, secure WiFi was greatly appreciated.

This was a wonderful house for 4 adults. The bedrooms were spacious. Nice closet space. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The owners were very responsive to my questions and comments.

This house was so cute and cozy - perfect for our stay! Loved the fully stocked kitchen and the thoughtful touches around the house (phone chargers by the beds, snacks on the counter).

The rooms provided everything we needed. The kitchen met all our needs. One of the stove burners would not light so I let host know and she would have sent someone to fix but we were ok at that point. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed riding bike at the Greenfield lake located directly behind property. Visited historic area, river walk, near by beaches, Battleship NC and a morning golfing. Wilmington has plenty to offer!

Overall this was a great place to stay. Had everything we needed. The WiFi was very spotty at times and led to the TV not working, but that didn’t derail anything too much. Would be great if the property had a grill on the back deck.

The property was nice and clean. However, they were many hanging tree branches over the house and driveway the left a lot of debris. Those hanging tree branches, it seems kept hitting the home making noise from time to time.

The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hosts (Ada and Curt) were very attentive. The property manager (Ray) is a nice guy and very accommodating. The house is in a good central location. Check-in/out process smooth. Good pointers in video and booklet.

We had a great time in Wilmington! The property location was great, property was clean, and plenty of activities nearby.

Easy booking and great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood close to the UNCW campus and downtown Wilmington.

The neighborhood the house is in is nice and quiet with an adjacent beautiful park. The night time train horn was a surprise, but only happened between 9-10 pm on one train coming through

The house was great and set up with lots of little touches to make it feel very welcoming. We loved being close to the park, which was a great place to walk and close to the playground for the kids. The only thing I would recommend is having curtains on the bedroom windows to block out the streetlights.

Pros: clean & cute inside of house. The beds were comfy. Cons: bad location, lots of homeless on the street, the Food Bank was on the same street. There were no games in the house.

We needed a place to stay near family who was put on was hospice care. This was the perfect spot with comfortable beds and plenty of charges for everything. The host was great and easy to get in touch with!

The location was perfect to explore historic downtown and the park behind the house was a lovely break from the city.

Really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. There is a deck and a beautiful park right out the back door with plenty of activities should one choose to utilize them. House was clean, with adequate kitchen utensils and plenty of product in the bathrooms. Plenty of hot water. thank you!

The lovely house was almost perfect. The only issue was the slider door which was extremely difficult to open - and we were afraid we wouldn’t get it closed. Everything else was great!

Greenfield Gathering Place was perfect for long weekend. Very clean and the perfect size. Neighborhood is revitalized and centrally located. Check in and out were very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Property was as described and we spent a great afternoon at the park behind the house. Very walkable and took a paddle boat ride.

Great location easy to get around town and really love the backyard with easy access to a walking path around the lake

Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Furniture was comfortable and home was clean. Owners provided all the daily essentials needed to make your stay special!

This property is just as listed. It’s in a great location. We really enjoyed being able to walk around the park. My family would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
