Stayed May 28, 2026We loved our stay at the River Cottage. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch swing with a lovely view of the patio. The place is off the main road but only a few miles from restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Stayed Apr 18, 2026We could not have dreamed of a better place to unplug, relax, and enjoy the peace. The house had amazing energy the moment you walk in. The hosts are extremely thoughtful with the accommodations, and had everything you needed. It’s in a great location for a variety of hiking, the surrounding area is charming, and the hosts are easy to communicate with. Don’t hesitate booking this place, we’d come back here in a heartbeat.
