Stayed Mar 27, 2024As you can see with my rating I would stay again. But the furniture in the television room was extremely broken down. We spent most of our time in the other room which had very comfortable furniture. I have issues with my back and could not sit for more than 30 minutes in the television room.

Stayed Jan 1, 2024Clean, neat and well-stocked, just a bit dated. Good WiFi and cable (no ESPN). That a dog was allowed was perfect for us. Location was perfect for getting on freeway to Tucson and other places.

Stayed May 6, 2023The property was what we expected. For the price, it accommodated our needs. We donated a new cheap coffe maker as the previous one was very rough and dirty. Also, donated a box fan! Overall good experience and price was very reasonable.

Stayed Mar 1, 2023I stayed for the month of March. My adult daughters visited for a week and we had plenty of room with the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The neighbors were nice and it was very quiet - great for sleeping and listening to the birds. Nicely located for the shopping and visiting attractions. I would have booked the unit again for 2024 but it was already reserved.

Stayed Feb 12, 2023I found this condo to be exactly as advertised. It had everything I needed and was quite comfortable although the weather did not cooperate as much as I hoped. Pros: Lots of community walking available, paths, a Walgreens and some restaurants nearby. Dog Friendly, my little dog appreciated the dog door. Conveniently located, although in Green Valley you have to drive to get to most any retail or grocery store. I read previous reviews about a need for cleaning, I found the condo clean. The carpet and some bath fixtures are dated, but they were clean. Cons: More info on how to use and or pay for and get a recreation pass would have been nice. The form left on the counter was a little lacking. If I stayed longer, I would have used more community facilities. Once I received my confirmation email, I had a question, so I emailed the contact person listed. I never received a response to my email. I grill a lot and this place did not have a gas grill (none was advertised, I missed this). Overall, a good place to stay for up to four people. There is covered parking for one vehicle on site, additional parking is available just a short walk away.
