Stayed Oct 15, 2025My husband and I rented the house for a little over 4 weeks. The start was somewhat disappointingbecause the house had obviously not been occupied for a while and the air wasmusty. After ventilating generously for 2 days, it met our expectations and webegan to feel comfortable. The furnishings are somewhat old, but quitecomfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The covered terrace offers abeautiful view of the Santa Rita Mountains. The bed was comfortable and theneighborhood helpful and quiet. If the conditions are right, we could definitely imagine renting the house again.------We agree to publication as long as the review is published.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024This is our second stay in Green Valley, a retirement community of 23,000 folks, living south of Tucson. We chose perfectly this time! Aside from the ideal location a short drive to sights, entertainment and shopping, there was plenty to walk or bike for, short trails away. This address, a 5 min. walk to one of the Green Valley Rec. centres, prompted the two of us to swim in an 86 degree pool almost everyday where we joined a fabulous friendly water aerobics class, 3 times a week. Our host had prepared paperwork ahead of time so we could buy a tenant’s membership that allowed us to use any one of 13 pools in the GVR. I’m surprised Michael Phelps doesn’t live in Green Valley, he definitely should. The townhouse is very comfortable and well supplied, for a relaxing, stress free experience.A door between the master bedroom/bathroom wing and the rest of the house allow for the quiet or the lively. We spent many hours on the deck looking to the mountains, watching and listening for the birds. The owner was readily available by e-mail to answer any questions and her friend who came to check the garden watering system invited me our for lunch with some neighbours. I couldn’t have felt more welcome. We were sorry to leave after our month, but now we are recharged and refresheda as we resume our cooler life on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

Stayed Dec 1, 2023Very clean, comfortable, cozy, inviting, exceptional mountain views from back patio, gas grill works great for grilling while enjoying scenery. Landlord responsive and nearby for any questions. Location in heart of Green Valley, abundant opportunity to hike, bike, golf, etc. GVR tenant cards available for small fee. We used GVR daily. Would stay again!
