Great Value - Heart of the Wine Country - Pool-Hot Tub 3K 1Q Bedroom

Check in was easy and owner sent very clear instructions. The area was beautiful. The house was clean and well stocked. The heated pool and hot tub were the highlight!

I stayed here with 4 other friends last weekend and it was the perfect house for a girls weekend in Sonoma! The neighborhood was quiet and the house is on a dead end. The communication was fantastic-immediately from booking all the way through checkout. The backyard was fantastic, the pool/hot tub were a blast and the patio was perfect for a dinner outside and a little bonfire. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a cozy retreat getaway.

Nice house

We loved the house and pool. We were careful to be quiet in the mornings and evenings according to the rules. When the neighbor's dog barked for 5 hours starting at 9:30pm, we were told by the police that there is no quiet ordinance. Also the second floor balcony has a very unsafe railing.

I rented this house for myself and my adult kids so we could attend another son's wedding. The property was perfect for us. The house is well built, but dated and very clean. Everything is sturdy so I didn't have to worry about anything getting broken. The backyard, however was truly magical. I slept in the downstairs bedroom and dreamed of waking up to that backyard every day. (That room was a little chilly at night, although, in fairness, I didn't try to adjust. I just bundled up). The leasing person was so helpful and understanding when a delivery person drove too fast down the little street. We just communicated and it was fine from there. I would love to go back soon and just enjoy the place. Thank you so much for welcoming out family including our pups. It would not have been the same without them.

We really enjoyed the time at this property. It was clean, pool area was amazing and just perfect for having wine and relaxing. Would stay here again and would recommend to all!

We loved our stay in the Sonoma home!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is a little quirky in the layout but works nonetheless. The backyard is a glorious oasis. Kitchen is super well supplied with cooking implements. Easy to find, great location.

We rented the house for a girls weekend with 4 of us. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located. There was plenty of room for every to relax. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Loved the property, especially the pool and hot tub. The outside area was beautiful and private. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and the area was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Sandra was great and responsive when we needed her.

The property held all 8 of our guests comfortably. The outside area is amazing and very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay here tremendously! Highly recommend this location.

Celebrated with adult kids and grade school granddaughters. They loved the pool and spa! Only improvement I suggest is handrails in pool entry and spa stairs and entry - was a bit difficult for Nana due to her mobility and balance issues.

We were a group of 6 and property was perfect for us. Used pool and hot tub every day. And we cooked on grill several nights. Property easy access to town and wineries which was our main purpose for being there
