This house is well-appointed and ready for making memories during your vacation week here in the Queens Grant community. Sleeps 8.
Weekly rental is Saturday to Saturday.

Spacious 3rd floor - LR, DR, Kitchen, open concept with tons of natural light. Also half bath. The entire floor is great for family events and connections. Dining Room table for 10! Kitchen bar with 4 stools. Convenient half bath. Well-equipped kitchen with tons of counter space for your family cooking andeating enjoyment. For those that want to show off their culinary skills the kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and has lots of cabinet space. Appliances include: garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, separate ice cube machine, electric stove/oven, air fryer, coffee maker (Keurig style pods or fresh grounds), coffee grinder, percolator, blender, food processor, crock-pot, toaster (4-slice), electric can opener, hand-mixer, vacuum cleaner.
LR has large screen mounted TV, separate reading area, game table area (with activities for all ages included). TV has HDMI hookup for your gaming or movie player connection.

Second floor has 3 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds, sleeps 6 (trundle bed on 1st floor sleeps 2); 2 full bathrooms with dual sinks. Guest bath has tub/shower, MB has private bath w/walk-in shower. Full size (side by side) washer and dryer in the laundry room. Dressers, nightstands, bookcases, desk, luggage racks in bedrooms for your use.

1st floor has semi-private room with trundle bed (sleeps 2) and luggage rack for your convenience. Also on this floor is a dorm-sized refrigerator/freezer for your cold drink access downstairs.

3 outside decks (1 on each level) with amazing views and sounds. Each has custom furniture w/seating for your outdoor enjoyment. 3rd floor deck has umbrellas in case you want shade. 3rd and 2nd floor decking have lights for peaceful nighttime ambiance. The decks offer expansive views of the sound and view of the ocean, and the calming sound of the waves.

Interior elevator for easy access to all 3 floors, which makes bringing your groceries and luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors a breeze. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and LR. All “NEW” mini-split heating & air conditioning systems. Remote controlled to allow for your individual comfort

An enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water allows for ease in rinsing off the sand from a day at the beach. Internet and WI-fi access is provided. There is also cable TV with plus package (LR and MB). Keypad access to the house (no fussing with keys).

Kitchen dish towels, bath towels, beach towels, bedroom blankets, bed linens, and quilts are provided, and your beds will be made when you arrive. By providing the linens you are saved the hassle of ordering the necessary items and having to make the beds after what may be a tiring trip. This can also save you a minimum of approximately $260. (Contact Sweet Dreams Linen 910-328-5312 for a local delivery company for more unique needs. Cribs to surfboards! and more.) No carpet, all LVP or tile floors.

Complementary toilet paper provided in each bathroom (2 rolls). Complementary paper towels provided in kitchen. Dish detergent and dishwasher pods will be provided. Some spices will also be provided. Buy your needed groceries for the week and/or dine out in the various restaurants in Topsail Beach or Surf City. In order to keep you from having to pack or rent so many items, we have tried to provide more things for you and your family so you can just enjoy your vacation.

Gated access community exclusive amenities include, pool (2nd largest on the whole island), beach crossovers (4), recreation area (with charcoal grills, picnic tables, playground for the little ones, basketball court), boat ramp and day-docks. Great area for biking, walking, watching the sunrise and sunset, with breathtaking views from various spots on the community grounds. Canal within feet of the ground level deck. Crab pot provided!

No smoking anywhere on premises, No pets, Saturday-to-Saturday rental period.
Fire extinguishers on each floor. Carport parking for 2-3 vehicles.
For outdoor fun - a cooler w/wheels, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 2 body boards, 2 stand-up paddle boards (10' 6), pool floats/noodles, and assorted sand toys for your enjoyment. Check the dock box under the carport for beach and pool items.

Quaint town of Topsail Beach is 1.5 miles south. There is shopping, restaurants, skating rink (built in 1948), pickleball courts, town park, miniature golf, live music on the weekends, museum, pier (with fishing), boat tours (sightseeing and fishing), and churches to name a few. Golf courses in the area.
