Great price!Beachfront with Stunning gulf view from this Great home with hot tub

Clean stay with amazing beach access. Some updating needed, and guest beds upstairs were very hard. Overall, our family enjoyed our trip.

Place is nice, great part of the beach.Only problem, beds were extremely hard.

Our third time here. First time with toddlers. Crib provided, outlets had safety plugs, baby gate there. We didn't make a request! So thoughtful. We plan to book again

Great location right on the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the beach. Not far from restaurants, play ground, and lighthouse.It was fun playing the games in the gameroom with family. With the cool evenings the hot tub was fun to get in, and it is very clean. Enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the deck.

Great sunny deck with easy beach access. The property manager was friendly and responsive. The sun room is a big plus. We appreciated the outdoor cushions and comfortable furniture.

The beach house was excellent. Views of the sunrise and sunset were superb. The comfortable sunroom faces the beach and acts as a screened porch as needed. We enjoyed the hot tub during our weeklong stay. Easy access to the uncrowded beach.

This is our second Labor Day stay and we rebooked it based on cleanliness and amenities. It was almost identical to our last experience. So clean and well maintained. My friends are telling other people about Buns and plan to stay there too.

Beautiful house right on the beach

Jody was quick to respond to an issue with washing machine. Excellent communication. Beach house is lovely and in a great location. Primary bath however is in need of a remodel. Getting in and out of that dated sunken shower/tub combo is a bit tricky.

This was the perfect beach house! It was clean and just as described. We walked directly out on the beach and having the screened in porch was the cherry on top!

We really enjoyed our stay - beachfront. White sands. Quiet. Not too far from town, not too close to town. Comfortable accommodation. Dog friendly. Loved.

Everything was perfect! The house was very clean, the kitchen was functional and everyone had an exceptional vacation stay! Will totally rent the home again.

While a hurricane forced us out early, we had a great time while we were there. Property looked like pictures, living area, kitchen and screened in porch were comfortable and easily accommodated our needs. Bedrooms were also comfortable and plenty of storage. Only suggestion would be to replace toilets with comfort height elongated toilets vs current ones. Would come back again.
