This home features hot/cold enclosed outside shower, full kitchen, outside grill, washer/dryer, screen porch, and TV's in all bedrooms. First level features open living/dining/kitchen and two bedrooms and bath. Second level features one bedroom and bath, and loft area with 2 sets built-in bunks. Easy walk to the beach! Excellent value for a large group of 12. High Chair and Pack N Play available.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate.
