Very cute little house in a great location. Lovely suburban road, about a 10 min walk to the top of Main Street where there’s heaps of great restaurants and shops. Unfortunately the code we were sent to enter didn’t work so it cost me 18 dollars on my UK phone to speak to someone to reset it… The house itself is small, so do be aware of that, but it is well equipped. The 2nd bedroom is too small for a suitcase to be open so that lived in the lounge. Bedding was crisp and clean. The bunk beds are in a converted garage which is where you enter the house… I’d be happy to have teens in there (and they’d probably like their own separate space and a lockable door to the main house) but not little ones… and it is incredibly hot (the temp was only about 75 whilst there so would be worse in peak summer). There are air con units in the 2 bedrooms (noisy so not not ideal overnight) and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge. Kitchen has a good sized fridge and whilst we didn’t do any catering ourselves, it looks really well equipped. It was brilliant having a washing machine and dryer - both new and efficient. I couldn’t find a clothes airer so that would have been helpful to put clothes out to dry. A hairdryer would have been super helpful (US plugs don’t like UK hairdryers on adapters!) but they were very generous with towels. Overall, it was great for the few days we were staying and perfect for exploring Cape Cod.

Cindy's place was perfect for our stay. Our group of three had a lovely time and we're already dreaming about a return trip. The location is great (an easy walk to Main Street restaurants/bars, a doable walk to the beach), the place is super-comfortable, and the neighborhood has a lot of quiet charm. Thank you, Cindy!

Location of this home was perfect! Walking distance to the Island Queen Ferry and a short drive to Old Silver Beach. The house was great, my husband and our two toddlers had a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay in this adorable mermaid themed cottage. Though it’s an older home, it has updated kitchen appliances and bathroom and is absolutely immaculate with no musty smell that some older beach cottages have. The yard is beautifully decorated in the mermaid theme and was my favorite place to drink morning coffee while listening to the birds. Location to Main St is ideal. We put our name on the waitlist for Anejo restaurant (highly recommended!!) and we were able to wait the 1.5 hrs at the house instead of standing on Main St. My 2 “complaints” are regarding the window ACs and electrical outlets. The ACs in the living room and in the smaller bedroom blows directly on the couch/bed, but it was a minor issue. The 3 ACs kept the house cool. We did bring a box fan to help circulate air but there is a small fan in the linen closet provided by owner. Regarding the outlets, it’s an older home and doesn’t have many available. I had to charge my phone on the floor because the outlet in the bedroom was too far to reach the nightstand. I suggest bringing a surge protected electrical cord to reach the nightstand. Regarding communication with host, I contacted Cindy one time by email and she responded very quickly. Overall, fantastic home!

Cindy was the perfect host! We loved staying at her place, it was so adorably decorated and super clean. It’s well-located near the Main Street in Falmouth and about 20 minutes from the beach. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood! We would stay here again.

Host was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Such a charming home with thoughtful Kitchen /Bathroom Supplies. Chairs for the beach and firewood too. Loved being able to cookout using the grill. Good instructions and some fun games too. The mermaid theme throughout the whole house made us smile. We were in Falmouth for a family reunion - the location was ideal! Thank for sharing your lovely home with us Cindy. Terry I. and Family

There were 3 of us (me, my spouse and a friend) and so the 2 bedrooms worked out perfectly! The house is very charming, a little small but we didn't need a large space for just 3 of us. The location is perfect; downtown Falmouth is within walking distance, as is the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and even Surf Drive beach isn't that far either. We enjoyed our stay here, in this clean and cute Cape house.
