Great Location PVT HTD Pool Plus Separate Casita, Dog Friendly, Free Golf, Near Dining & Shopping

This was a wonderful property. I booked this house for a few days of relaxation with my business partners and it was outstanding. The house has everything you need to enjoy yourself including a wonderful pool (we didn’t use it but it’s in great shape), a BBQ, putting green, and outside seating. The kitchen is well stocked and we didn’t want for anything.The Casita is very nice, so nice that one of our partners just enjoyed relaxing in there and we had to pull him out. It’s really well done. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with excellent access to grocery stores (Bashas is 1 minute away), shopping, restaurants, and highway 101. The house also has fast access to golf courses like Talking Stick (5 mins away) and to Old Town Scottsdale. I would definitely book this property again and recommend it to other visitors of the area.

Very comfortable place to stay. The location was good- close to the highway and about a 8 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was not as well stocked as it could have been. Also there was no coffee, so if you're a late arrival just beware. No need to ever turn on the hot tub for us, so cannot comment on that. The pool was nice, however the skimmer did not seem to be working and as a consequence all the debris blown in, never got cleaned up.

Our stay was great. The pool was terrific and the location couldn't have been better. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the north east corner of Phoenix. Place photos and descriptions match.

The location was convenient, house was clean, we had an issue with hangers (there were only 10 in the entire house) that was resolved quickly by the host.Our main issue was the smell of the house and casita upon arrival. There was a significant damp/musty odor noticeable by all members of our party. 2 members of our party (1 in main house, 1 in casita) had a skin reaction almost immediately after arrival that was present until the day after leaving. They suspect it was mold/mildew related as this has happened before.This theory lines up with the smell, when we brought it up to the host, they dismissed it by saying that their cleaners didn't notice itHopefully they will give this issue more consideration so others don't have a breakout.

Location is very accessible to everywhere you need to go. Very responsive for any questions. Great pool and hot tub...would stay again!!

Pleasantly surprised with the way the house was stocked. There was no hot water in the main house when we arrived. Company was very responsive. One of the master suite sinks did not drain. It was a great place for our family to gather.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed and was very well organized and clean. The pool and backyard area kept us entertained the whole stay. Everything was amazing!

Pool was amazing! Open kitchen and living room made for coziness after some unexpected rain! And to watch some playoff baseball games. The putting green and connect 4 were fun outdoor activities if you aren't much of a pool person.!

Loved the kitchen beds were very comfortable.

Very nice place will stay again. Just wish check out was at 11 am instead of 10 am.

Property was spacious, clean and kid friendly. The pool and patios was relaxing. The bikes nice twist.. love the casita. Beds sturdy and comfortable. Great accomodations.

Overall a great experience. The early check in was a huge help. Location couldn’t have been better. 3 things of note:1) Rear French doors do not stay closed2) WI-FI is spotty at best. Makes TV watching very hard.3) Mattress in master bedroom could use an upgrade.Definitely will stay again if the opportunity arises. Highly recommend this property.

Very easy beautiful, well kept property

Just off the 101 with easy access to the airport, quiet neighborhood, a great pool, and room to enjoy spending time with family. We’d book again!

The house was perfect for our stay. Plenty to do in the backyard while also a calm environment with the pool and spa. Living room and kitchen area was perfect for gathering. Casita ended up perfect for our daughter, her husband and their new baby - they had their own space but felt close enough to join anytime. The pool lights weren’t working upon arrival but fixed immediately. We would stay there again.

Nice property for a week. Relatively convinient to resturants and bars. Can get to most places with LYFT/UBER. WAYMO great.

This was a family vacation and it was more than expected. The house was set up perfect for friends and family to visit. The pool was heated as mentioned. I recommend this to anyone staying in the area!

Property was a perfect central location, easy to find, and property was well maintained.

The location of this home is fantastic! It’s within walking or a short drive to practically everything, which made getting around very convenient.However, the home itself could use some updates. Upon arrival, the heated pool and thermostat were not working, and despite calling maintenance twice, the pool lights and heated tub never worked during our stay. It was frustrating to pay an extra fee for these features and not be able to use them. The backyard also had broken chairs, which added to the feeling of neglect.The kitchen was poorly stocked, with several labeled cabinets missing the items they claimed to contain. One of the curtains in the spare bedroom was falling out of the drywall, and while the master bath had a great walk-in shower, the water would travel out onto the floor, requiring cleanup after every use.The casita was a nice addition, but the uncovered upper windows meant sunrise came directly into the eyes of those sleeping there.Overall, the home has potential but needs some maintenance and attention to detail to truly be worth the cost. The location and time with family was the highlight of the stay.

We loved our stay at this nice property, it is close to downtown Scottsdale and close to casinos. Great pool and back yard we loved it!

This property had everything needed for four fellas in our late 60’s visiting for a week of golf. Pool and outdoor area were perfect . Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Host was kind enough to allow one of our party to get in a few hours earlier as he had arrived separately from the rest of us. The house location was not only super close to old town but also hwy 101 , minutes away. Also , the way it sits with the sun you get lots of time after golf to enjoy the pool in sunshine if you like or sit under the covered area adjacent to the pool.

Had a great time with my friends and family for a girls bridal shower weekend.

This house is great for a good sized family with lots of entertainment. The pool is nice and big, patio seating is well enough for 8-10 people or more. Location was nice with easy access to the freeway.
