Stayed Sep 16, 2025The house inside is beautiful and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed. The owner was available if we needed anything during our stay. Our only concern was the golf cart that was provided didn’t run well. It backfired and stalled so much that we decided to rent a golf cart from The Villages Golf Carts. The outside landscaping, which didn’t impact our stay, is in desperate need of refreshing. From the outside, the home looks run down and not well kept. The ad stated it was brand new, but that section of Richmond has been built out for about three years, so new, but not brand new—just needs the wording changed in the ad. That aside, this was a great location and a very nice home.

A true home away from home. The host, Wendy, was extremely helpful and always responded in a timely manner. My husband and I strongly recommend this home.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023My wife and I took a spur of the moment trip to the Villages for four nights of dancing on the squares to rock and roll bands. We stayed at 2801 Semmes. It was terrific. Spotlessly clean. Five minutes to Brownwood Paddock Square for nightly dancing and a large variety of restaurants. Wendy was readily available and responsive to our questions. We highly recommend rental.
