Stayed Nov 1, 2024The house was wonderful. Love the bedroom arrangement with easy access to both restroom. Was surprised there was no bath soap and no salt /pepper in kitchen. That being said, it was warm and inviting home with nice patio area for morning coffee and evening drinks. We had a wonderful visit. Looking forward to booking again

Stayed Nov 7, 2024Stayed at this location because we could walk to Wurstfest. Also took in a Longhorn (hook em) game and went to Fredericksburg. House was clean and spacious with a lovely patio. Neighborhood was quiet with several deer roaming around. Thank you Jim and Zelda!

Stayed Aug 16, 2024We really enjoyed our stay!! The house was exactly as listed and super comfortable and clean! Very convenient to all the attractions in New Braunfels! So neat to see deer in the front yard and behind the garage in the evenings. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Perfect location to tubing and downtown. Great private outdoor space in the backyard. Kitchen was well stocked. We had some minor issues with sink and smoke alarm but had great communication with Nelda quickly. Overall recommend if you are wanting a house within walking distance to all things NB!
