Stayed Jan 2, 2023Convenient quiet location. Liked that it had no carpet. Most rooms were spacious, but 3rd bedroom only had futon no closet or dressers or TV. Spacious garage with room for car and golf cart.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental had one major flaw. When we first moved in we seemed to have a lot of allergy issues which we thought was moving to a new area. It got worse after the roof was replaced. After 4 months at Barbosa ct we finally moved into our new house. Within days of leaving Barbosa ct and into our new house all our allergy issues have cleared up. But there is something with the air inside the house.

I was only supposed to stay 30days I added another month.. ILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

Stayed Jan 2, 2020Had problems checking into the home. Agency had the wrong date, January 11 verses January3. Had to travel to the rental office for a key. Television did not function. No internet. Took about a week for all systems to be set up. Resident card was not available at the designated place. Had to pick up at a different location on a following day. House was clean and comfortable and well supplied.

There was a problem with the fire alarm system, with low batteries interrupting our sleep the first two nights. The response was quick both times, but the first visit only temporarily resolved the problem. The house was clean and met our needs fairly well. We liked the location, being close to shopping, Indian Springs center, and golf courses. After becoming familiar with VRBO rentals, we understand why a premium TV package isn’t included. However, an upgrade that includes ESPN and cable news channels should be standard in today’s market. We wound up splitting the cost of the premium package with the owner of the property, which was reasonable.
