Great Location - 3 miles to Cedar Point Park, 2.8 miles to CP Sports Force Park

Beautiful house and location was perfect for a weekend trip to Cedar Point!

This is lovely property and Dawn was very responsive to our questions. It is very conveniently located between Sandusky town center and Cedar Point. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The property very clean and nicely decorated. We will be back!

It was very clean and easy, just like advertised. We endorse and recommend to anyone wanting their own place near cedar point.

The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We really appreciated all of the supplies available and the beds were very restful. The location is walkable to the waterfront and downtown and there’s a lovely view of Cedar Point at the end of the street.

This was an amazing place to stay. It was very clean with even plenty of extra supplies. Dawn was gracious with the checkout time when we needed a little extra time due to a sporting event we were in town for. Accessing the house was very easy, and it was in a great location.

Good location for getting to nearby shops and marinas for our stay. Had everything we needed inside the house. The only issue was with the neighbors dog barking. Every morning around 5:00 to 5:30 the dog would be let outside and would bark for an extended period of time. We were getting up early for fishing, but 5:00am was even a bit early for our out of bed time. Not the owner of our properties fault, but the dog barking needs to be addressed.

Nice, clean home in a great location. Our group went from 5 people staying to 2 due to personal conflicts. We may have been a little tight if all 5 came along, but it worked out perfectly for us! Much better than a hotel stay! There were plenty of directions and welcoming notes, but otherwise no need to contact the owner.

This was the perfect house to spend the weekend at. All the amenities we could need for a stay, and the basement with all the games and air hockey was wonderful for the kids! The host was very responsive and helped with questions I had, as we'd never been to the area before. Definitely recommend over a hotel stay for the weekend!

The location was great! My daughter had a volleyball tournament and we were able to get to the event center within 10 minutes. The house was clean and there were thoughtful amenities (extra bathroom products). My only complaint has to do with the firmness of the mattress in the master bedroom. It was much too firm for my taste. However, I understand that this is personal preference.

Everything in the house was great and the owner was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly if we had questions.

Great location, plenty of space, and clean. We were in town for a softball tournament and the house was less than 10 min from the fields. We also enjoyed how close to Cedar Point it is. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home! Clean and comfortable. Nicely stocked kitchen. Excellent location to Cedar Point! Location really can’t be beat. It was so very nice to have a super short drive home after all day at the park. Highly recommend!

Her comfortable home on a quiet street was perfect. It was a short easy drive to the ball park and we could walk to the end of the street to watch the fireworks from across the bay. We would definitely stay again should we find ourselves in Sandusky. Thanks so much.

We loved the property, it was comfy and cozy. Ten stars for the short distance to everything.

We traveled to Ohio to have a small family reunion in Marblehead and Kelley's Island and Norwalk. This house in Sandusky was so close to Cedar Point and still central enough to the other areas!! Dawn, the host, was friendly and responsive, and we loved that the house was in our neighborhood, so we felt truly at home!

I will say this is the best VRBO I have ever rented. My daughter works for Cedar Point and this was a great location for us to be able to see her as much as possible. And clean!

What a beautiful home! When we walked in it was like coming home, so warm and welcoming!! We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed this adorable place to crash during our Cedar Point weekend. Decor was adorable - cute seasonal touches that really made this feel homey. We had 6 people, and the bed configuration was a bit confusing when we first arrived, but we made it work. (There's no bunk bed, but a trundle under the twin bed. It just can't be used well in the bedroom because it blocks the door from opening all the way.) Everything was very clean, and there were plenty of linens and extra touches like toiletries and basic kitchen supplies. The only downfall of our stay was the master bed, which was extremely firm - like there was minimal give at all when sitting down. As someone with some chiropractic issues - who was also enduring long days at the amusement park - this was not ideal. The kids also commented that they were very warm overnight, as there was no mattress pad, just a plastic mattress protector and then the fitted sheet. A few of the doors were really hard to close or latch. But we all survived, and really appreciated how wonderfully accommodating and helpful Dawn was. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay this past weekend! It was so cozy and very clean. Dawn was such a pleasure to work with! After two long days at a cedar point we were glad to not have to drive so far. Enjoyed breakfast at Berardi’s Family kitchen and also wake up and waffle! Thank you again for the stay! We would definitely recommend.

Very satisfied in our stay at this property. Lots of little details like extra toiletries and extra blankets really made the place feel like home. Very close to Cedar point which was our plan for the trip. Would stay again. Dawn was an awesome host.

The location was very nice and clean. We would recommend it and would stay there again although we did not spend a lot of time in the house. The only negative was that the beds were a little uncomfortable for our taste, but everything else was great. Thanks!

We came in for a nice weekend at Cedar Point and it was perfect! It was close to Milan Road and all the food and mall, the teens enjoyed that. We also was super close to Cedar Point and Bait House Brewery, which was so good. We will stay here again. The house was cute and decorated so nicely. Beth and Joe Harper

The house was very close to Cedar Point, which was exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean and conformable. The bed was extra firm, which is my only complaint and is really a preference.

The house was darling. It was very homey and the location was amazing. Just a few houses from the water. We had a wonderful time.
